Yes, I understand that their's are a bit bigger than many of the other comparable chains, but still... Just had an unbelievable experience at this place! From top to bottom it was great service. What I love about this place is that they really focus on your burger. When you go to somewhere like In-N-Out, it's just not that way. I know a lot of you love In-N-Out to the extreme, and I don't hate it whatsoever, but you can't deny that Five Guys is a better burger. I ordered a cheese burger, a little cheese burger, regular fries and a chocolate Milkshake. Unfortunately, I regret spending my $32.81 here at Five Guys. I'm so disappointed to find that the quality of food here has gone down, the prices are expensive and my food order was incorrect. My fries were cold and soggy which is so disappointing since we dined in. Our burgers didn't have the "all the way toppings" on them. No mushrooms, no grilled onions and sadly they ran out of the vinegar/malt packets. On top of that, they forgot my milkshake, and when they did make it, it was terrible. Consistency was off, whip cream looked messy, and the taste was not good at all. It was lacking flavor AND it really tasted generic. Mine: little bacon burger with pickles, onions, mushrooms, BBQ sauce. Husband's: bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo. My burger had no BBQ sauce. My husband's burger had no cheese. As it was not packed at 7pm, we waited a half an hour for our order, really?! When I took my first bite I knew right away In & Out has the better burger.....as I took my second bite I laughed out loud! I would've been better off getting the same two things next door at In-N-Out for half the price!
