The cheese burger was bland. No seasoning. Wife said the same about her burger. For the price you pay, these burgers should have had flavor. So many fries. The person on the fry station hooked it up. We enjoy eating here at 5 Guys. A basic small Hamburger and you add what you want. I always add so many different things it starts sliding off. Mushrooms, pickles, relish, mustard, ketchup,grilled onions. And really good fries! A medium is enough for two people. Hamburger is wrapped in foil to keep warm with a number sticker of who ordered. So no guessing who's is who's. Only thing that would be better, if they had toasted buns. Love they have cups to fill of ketchup but better if they had the prefilled dipping cup ones. read more

My personal favorite burger joint. No crazy frills just good burgers, fresh fries, and customizable toppings. Their prices have gone up recently (or maybe I haven't been here in a while). $8.99 for a bacon cheese burger (comes with two meat patties). We always get the Cajun fries and though they fry the fries to order, Cajun fries almost always come out hot and fresh. If the customers before you get regular fries, they have to make a fresh batch for you and yup it's great lol! They serve milkshakes now. Similar to the burgers they're customizable with a bunch of diff flavors and you can add bacon! I rarely see girls work here... maybe it's for their namesake? I have been here in the past (like maybe two years ago) and this establishment has changed. The staff aren't really friendly and customer service could improve. Seems to be high school or college kids waiting for their shift to be over. The food itself hasn't changed much. It's still hot and good but if I want to pay the same amount I would go to the garage across the highway... the fries came out soggy and way too flavored, I ended up chunking the majority of them away. The menu doesn't explain that the regular size burger is a two patty burger and the "little" means single patty, not children's size. The only issues that keep this from a 5 star review are the fact that the dining area isn't always wiped down, and the dining area has always been pretty cool temperature wise. That might feel good in the summer, but not during the rest of the year. The music level can vary, but it's never been excessively loud. Overall, of you want a really good and fresh burger with fresh cut fries, give it a try. The food is straight forward and delicious. Wow, this is a seriously great burger and fries. Equal to or better than Irma's or S&B, and about the same prices. I've never had a bad meal at 5 Guys anywhere in the country and I travel a lot. The options for toppings cover the gamut of fresh and loaded toppings. One word of warning to anyone who complains about spending $10 for a cheeseburger and small fries: the "little fries" order feeds three adults! I ordered dinner for my wife and I via the Five Guys App. I preordered it to be picked up at 6:00 pm. Now I placed the order at 5:38 as per the order receipt I was emailed. When I arrived at 5:57 a couple of minutes early. The order was sitting waiting for me to pick up. I actually found that odd because it has alway been Five Guys policy to drop the fries when you arrive so they are hot and ready. After getting in the car I tried a Fry and they were cold. So obviously this order was prepared as soon as it was placed even though it was 20+ minutes before it was to be picked. 5 Guys gets 3 Stars from me because of their prices. The food wasn't bad. Burger was super thick and tasted like another restaurant (non-fast food). The fries were so salty I could barely eat them though. Had they had less, they would've been fine. Here's what really made me not happy. It was $16 for a cheeseburger (which was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger- however I paid the regular cheeseburger price), French fries, and a drink. I thought for what I got, this price was crazy high. Maybe I'm a tightwad, but you can go to any restaurant and typically pay less than that. I would suggest getting the cajun spice on the side and then you can put how much you want in the fries. I ordered fried jalapenos and they weren't really fried. Good but not fried enough.
