The worst experience ever at a Five Guys, hands down. Placed order online. Arrived at 7:44 pm (was sent confirmation to my email that my order would be ready at 7:39). Walk up to the counter for placed orders, after a short wait I inquire about my order. Hear cook and co-worker discuss my name. The cook asks if I want my burger "all the way" and I told him if it has lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions than yes, I want it "all the way." The "cook" points to the sign that shows what ingredients are in "all the way." I responded that when placing an online order it doesn't break down what "all the way" is, but I want lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions. That pissed the "cook" off. After waiting about 5 more minutes (now order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago - what benifit is it to order online?) the cook starts talking about me to his co-workers and begins laughing at me. I'm done at this point! I told him he didn"t need to be talking about a customer and I'm sorry I didn't know what "all the way ment." I took my food from the counter as the "cook" told me to get my ass out of here with gaggles of laughter from the co-workers. NEVER WILL I STEP INTO THIS FIVE GUYS AGAIN. I tried calling and speaking to the manager and they laugh at me again as the "cook" takes the phone and tells me he's got hamburgers to cook, more laughter again. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT, "THE PRISONERS ARE RUNNING THE PRISON." PS was forced to give it a 1 Star. read more

I first fell in love with Five Guys when I visited my cousin in Atlanta. She talked on and on about this burger place that I just had to try before I left and I've been hooked ever since. Then to my delight, Five Guys came to West Chester, OH! I was there getting my massive burger fix the same week it opened. I love that I can get just about any topping I can think of for my burger. I usually get cheese (of course) jalapenos, bacon, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, pickles, BBQ sauce and mustard. A delicious hot mess for sure! Don't forget the fries! Yum! Prices are well within reason, so no worries there. Great... now I'm craving Five Guys. Looks like I'll be making a burger run for lunch! read more

Great burgers but I do not know who the night manager is but what a complete jerk this guy is. Ordered a burger by phone right before they closed and the guy saw us roll up (before closing time) locked the door, would not even talk to us and threw the burger in the trash. Nice sign that hiring in this location is sub-par and I would find another one to go to if I have to eat their stuff. Love the burgers, and they have some of my favorite fries. This is way better than Smash Burger or any of the other Burger chains.

I experienced extremely slow service here. They weren't busy at all and had plenty of people staffed. Too bad they were all goofing off instead of actually working. I did see one girl making all of the burgers by herself. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food was good. I have had great service here in the past so I don't know what has happened to this place. I hope they can get their act together. read more

"We don't eat burgers often, but when we do it's Five Guys!" These are our favorite burgers and fries. We love the Cajun and the plain fries. You really can't go wrong here. We usually order online for pickup. They don't cook your fries until you get there, so you don't end up with soggy fries. Buyer Beware - A burger is actually a double burger and no one actually needs that!;) Also, a large fry can actually feed 3-4 people. There are better burger places if you are looking for atmosphere. If you are getting take out or just want the perfect burger and fries, then this is your place! read more

Five Guys is quickly taking over Cincinnati, and I, for one, am 100% ok with that. I don't think the Mason store is quite as tasty as the Clifton location quite yet, but I think that will come with time. My personal favorite is the little cheeseburger (that's not so little) with grilled mushrooms and pickles with a side of cajun fries. Fun atmosphere and great service! read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. Has to be the best value burger in town! I first discovered Five Guys in CT., with a group of guys who I hung out with and our goal in life at time was to find the best burger. During our quest we crowned this place as one of top ten (arguably top 3) best burger. I'm so glad they opened one near me. Meat is excellent quality. Tomato seemed to be indoor grown. Onions were chopped. I would have rather had sliced. Bun top was small in diameter and made it harder to hold on to the sandwich. Bun top was also smashed onto the sandwich giving it a shriveled up appearance. Experience left a lot to be desired from this mason store. read more

Great burger joint and convenient location while out with the family. I have had these burgers back when I lived in CA (also and In-n-out fan) so I know what a good burger suppose to taste like. I ordered the double cheese with freshly sliced jalapeno peppers. As always the food was fresh and very good. These guys did not disappoint and this is a great alternative to Zips burgers. Great customer service and I think my kids have found their favorite burger place! These guys are a bit more $ (considering what people pay around here) than your average fast food burger but well worth it. read more

Have to say the service by Bria topped everything today. My child and I went and ordered food, I just had knee surgery and was on crutches. Bria went above and beyond to bring our food to us so I did not have to get up again! Very sweet workers at this location. We will be back for sure. Food was hot and fresh. read more
