Single burger with cheese, tomato, lettuce, and pickles

This is a good quick spot for a burger, especially while out shopping around Deerfield. It's a great option for people who don't want to settle for a typical low quality fast food burger, but also don't have the time or money for a finer casual restaurant. You can get the basic toppings. No frills here, which is sometimes better. Fries were a little too soggy for my liking, but they are a nicer thick cut style.

    They have milkshakes now.

I placed my order online just to try it out (at 7:39). I got the confirmation that the food would be READY at 7:50. I came in checked in at the counter. Nothing was ready. I ended up waiting 20 minutes before I got my meal. One of the workers was like "you gotta yell at us sorry" I'm just confused because I checked in and someone made the milkshake and gave it to me. But apparently my food was ready and no one said anything. I asked the guy is it cold and he was like no so we shall see. Definitely won't be using the online ordering ever again. Normally they are pretty quick but this was disappointing.

When I go to Five Guys - I feel like an artist. I get the sandwich my way with an infinite mixture of ingredients. The menu board is my paint palette with the sandwich being my work of art (even though I did not build it) I walked in and followed the typical path to order my burger - like all Five Guys restaurants. I ordered my Bacon Cheeseburger with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, Mushrooms, and Mayo. I also ordered a small fry (fried in peanut oil). The food was awesome unless you have a gluten, dairy, or peanut allergy. If I had such an allergy - I would probably still eat the burger and fries and have my friends repeatedly stab my with an epi pen (just like in the movie horrible bosses). because it is just that good. A couple fo things for those looking for portion control: A Bacon Cheeseburger - is 2 patties A small Fries is a ton of fries Cost: Burgers are $5-6 - please note that is a double cheeseburger - about 20% higher than McDonalds and Burger King - so much worth it. Fries are about $3 - the small is much more than any large fries at compartive start - get your potato love on Because of my meal - I think I gained the most points in weight watchers. Here is to me keeping my rain ;-) Enjoy!

Really nice staff, but much smaller portions than in the past. No extra fries in the bag, fry containers mostly filled...

I have come here for years and the burgers and fries are great. Be ready to have a great greasy burger and super thick fries. Great food.

Love the burgers, and they have some of my favorite fries. This is way better than Smash Burger or any of the other Burger chains.

The menu is large an a little overwhelming. But if you're looking for "the thing" that Tucker's is famous for, order an animal cone, which is a soft serve cone with a candy face on it. We didn't see animals cones on the menu until after we ordered, but I looked at pictures online, and they look adorable. What we did order was a cupcake milkshake (super sweet), a chocolate sundae (great), a cappuccino ice cream (it was fine) and a Dole Whip (which turned out to be pineapple-flavored soft serve, and not the vanilla ice cream with pineapple juice concoction that I'm used to). Everything we got was tasty and fun for the most part, but what makes Tucker's really cool is the outdoor seating. There are lots of tables and benches in the purple-and-green outdoor patio. It's a fun space to hang out in and get something sweet to eat on a hot day.

They've switched entirely to digital kiosk ordering, and while I normally wouldn't complain--since…read moreso many restaurants have adopted this unpopular system--they've managed to make it worse by having no staff in sight to assist with navigating their setup. Instead of marking items that are unavailable or sold out, they simply remove them from the menu altogether. This leaves you endlessly clicking through every possible submenu, second-guessing whether you've missed something. To add to the frustration, the staff left the window next to the kiosks wide open on a 30-degree day, turning the area into an icebox. As I stood there soaking wet and shivering, it took several minutes to get someone's attention to help me find the menu item I was looking for. After more wasted time, they finally figured out that the item was out of stock. Then there's the food. We were charged $10.99 for what can only be described as half a family-sized bag of corn chips with two tablespoons of nacho cheese. This is not an exaggeration--check the attached image. As if that weren't bad enough, they've invested in barcode scanners for the fountain machine. This limits you to one drink per barcode, and heaven help you if you pause while filling your cup or adjust your hand to let the foam settle--you'll need to pay for another drink to top it off. I don't mind spending money on quality, but this entire setup is anything but. It feels designed to inconvenience rather than enhance the customer experience. What's disappointing is that every other restaurant and front-of-house staff in this hotel were outstanding--truly top-notch. But this place? They fell well short. It's a shame.

You can order via phone/QR code or at the counter. The two guys that took our order were really friendly and super quick. We went up for extra ranch at one point and they could not have been nicer. We ordered a salad and a drink. Everything tasted really fresh and good quality. We were really impressed! This little cafe/mini restaurant has some seating right next to the lazy river, which was nice. Some of our family relaxed in the lazy river while some of us purchased some food and drink. Overall, it was a pretty nice little place to get some food.

Perused their small breakfast menu and passed on a chili burrito at 10am, but they have the whole menu so I got a small tenders meal. Two not-big tenders (the menu pic must show the large) and some fries. Tenders were good: tender (hah!) inside, crispy and nicely seasoned outside. The fries were pretty good too. Had a Dr. Pepper lime coconut dirty soda, and Kid K just got a strawberry dirty soda and they were nice enough to add coconut (her favorite) to hers. She really liked it. Mine was fine. Service was great. Tenders were made right then. Place was clean and not busy on a Friday morning. Somewhat tucked away off the highway on a dead-end service road. A little pricey for what we got.
