I really like Five Guys, but why are they always so stingy with condiments?
    Brett N.

Why 4 stars? Because this is a great guilty pleasure. --- --- --- I get Five Guys a handful of times a year when I'm having serious comfort food cravings. This was one of those days. My go to order is a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce and BBQ sauce. But most importantly, a "little" Cajun fries is an absolute requirement. A little is the largest portion of fries you could ever imagine. It's hard to picture how many fries you would get with the bigger portions. But aside from the size, I love the cajun seasoning and wish it was universal for all fries. Here are my two pet peeves: 1) I visited March 27, 2022. It's clear they still require employees to wear masks, which is just preposterous. When these people have to stand over a hot grill all day, I cannot imagine how uncomfortable it must be to wear a mask. And for what purpose? They do nothing and no customers wear them, so it's just optics? At the sacrifice of the employees? It's just gross. 2) This is universal no matter what Five Guys I have ever visited. I always ask for BBQ sauce to dip my fries into. They fill the dipping cup up to about 15% capacity. I specifically asked for 4 of them because I knew this would happen. Sure enough, it did. Why are they so stingy with sauce?? Other than that, Five Guys is definitely one of the only chain restaurants I enjoy and actually crave from time to time.

8 employees and I'm still waiting for a cheese burger

Wondering why the world needed another burger chain? I did and still do. 5 Guys offers a Burger with Two patties and a "Little Burger" with ONE patty. Who wants little? So, I paid twice as much for the regular cheese burger with all toppings. Great Marketing! It was messy, with double burgers sliding together fighting back. No big deal. Neither was the experience.

Burger was OK but you would think for $16 you would get great tomatoes. Not the case. Also, the regular drink is $3.00. Family of four with fries you are pushing $80.

A double cheeseburger with absolutely no cheese and no burger. Seriously. We ordered three of the same, but this one was empty.

Q: How many guys does it take to screw-up a lunch order. A: Apparently Five. First things first; Five Guys probably has the best fast-food burgers around. Having said that, the amount of times our orders get screwed up is astonishing. Today's adventure involved ordering 3 identical double-cheeseburgers and having one of them be completely missing both the meat and cheese. It wasn't late. It wasn't a complicated order. It wasn't busy. ...It was just Five Guys.

Five Guys is one of my guilty pleasures. It is not the best burger, but they come out hot, greasy, and are made when you order. The patty could definitely use some more seasoning but 1) the favor it does have is always consistent, 2) I dig a thin patty, and 3) the vegetables are always crisp and fresh. The fries are piping hot and a good consistency. Don't worry about running out either, even with a "small" order there are PLENTY of them overflowing from the container and into the bag. When I am craving their burger, I ask for double lettuce and tomato, triple onions, mayo and mustard... and then... I. Go. To. Town. PS, I really like onions.

I think they are a bit overpriced. My burger and fries were better than McDonald's but not thrillingly so. They were just...meh.

It was the go-to spot for Sterling Ridge folks who wanted a less than authentic, alternative, but undoubtedly tasty taco. I say that to mean, they offered a mix of traditional and creative combinations, and a little something for everyone. They're still a quaint little fast casual with a few handfuls of high tops and tables. Maybe it's the limitation of the building plus the dark rustic decor, but the place feels dark or atleast felt dark on my most recent visit. They're now proudly displaying specialty drinks on their wall-teas, sodas, etc, which is nice, and certainly a unique way to pass time while waiting for your order. I waited quite awhile for an order of two tacos and queso only to drive home, open them up, and feel instantly deflated. I ordered queso, but I'm not sure if I received it. What I received had a gritty texture. Similar to a gritty bean dip? It was not enjoyable. I also ordered the following two tacos: El Vaquero and El Piccadillo. What I will say is, I'd be willing to pay street taco price for the tacos I received. The meat was fairly seasoned, I had some grissel, things were oily that didn't need to be, and a few ingredients felt less than fresh. My tacos were not labelled, one of the sauces had a questionable cap. I hope I just caught them on an off day, or made the wrong selections. They've been a part of the community for some time, perhaps it's for their breakfast tacos? To this day I wonder if my tacos were prepared incorrectly, or if I received a mix of someone else's items because this experience was...strange

Of course, there was not nutritional information for this on the site and when I asked the lady at the drive thru if she could help me out, she went above and beyond to help me find the information to make sure my little one got the right amount of insulin. Did we find it? No, but because of her, we had a good idea of where to start and her kindness stood out to me. She personally delivered the food to our car (because we had to pull around-family of 5 so a big order) and she brought a nutrition booklet for me and was so incredibly kind. The food at this location is always hot and fresh, they never forget things from our order, and they are always kind. There have been several occasions where somebody here has gone above and beyond for me and my family. We don't do fast food often but when we do, I hope they're all like this one.

I stopped by this establishment to try the new bacon double smash burger along with grabbing a couple other favorites haven't been to this chain of establishment and years and was hearing great things how this is solely related to the location on 1488 where I ended up getting sick from consuming molded bread, products specifically a tortilla That they used for their fish wrap. Now, in all fairness, I will admit that I did return to the establishment and bring it to their attention and they said that they were going to put it in a group chat and address it. The young man that was there that evening was very polite and helpful in contacting his manager, and they did offer me a refund. Nonetheless, under no circumstances should any entity be serving molded food. They need to be checking their dates checking their supplies and obviously that's not being done. I shouldn't have to inspect my food piece by piece before consuming it to ensure that it is safe for my consumption. I don't do a lot of eating at fast food restaurants normally anyway. however this night I was just trying to grab something quick and taste this new burger. Everybody was talking about before I changed my diet. Epic fail.

The restaurant hasn't got a lot of parking to choose from, it wasn't busy so we didn't have a problem getting a space. We came in the front door which is just under the canopy of the outdoor seating area. We really liked the inside cozy diner style seating, it was a seat yourself situation. A waitress greeted us and we chose a booth, the seat I sat on had some crumbs but it wasn't like I was sitting in someone else's mess. My husband noticed the table wasn't completely wiped so he did it himself. We asked for water and for appetizer we got queso and chips. The chips were quite crunchy not like a typical tortilla chip seemed maybe homemade by the size and the queso was a fail super watery. It took a pretty long time to get our food but the waitress told us that before we came in there was a huge order for 200 street tacos to go, in her defense there was a lady who showed up and we actually watched the lady check as well as take all orders to her vehicle. My husband ordered the regular taco tray (not pictured) he got chicken on flour the Queso Fundido way, the chicken was good but there seemed to be a lack melted cheese, those came with rice. I got the Torta de Milansea with chicken, the chicken was super tough and the avocado was non-existent, I'm gonna say this torta was okay not sure I would try it again, it would have been great if this had come with a side, a side of French fries would have been $6. To be honest I didn't ask how much fries would have came at that price. My husband did say he might want to come back and try something else. The inside was very cool and the waitress was very sweet seemed like her as well as the other young lady were doing their best.
