Out shopping and needed something quick and CHEAP to eat. Well Taco Bell for the win. Lots of budget options and this was probably the best Taco Bell I've been to in a while. Food was hot and fresh and they did not skimp on the meat. Meat is important. Lol. I was surprised to see that for a limited time they are offering chicken tenders on the menu. I was skeptical because of the price but decided to go ahead and give them a try. I am glad I did. Those chicken tenders had the crunch, the freshness, and the flavor. Horrible service at the drive thru. They were out of the first few items I tried to order so I need a minute to figure out alternate options. The girl taking my order was irritated and rude. I apologized several times, even though it was their mismanagement causing the problem. I still felt bad, until I got to the window. The staff was very friendly, the interior was very clean and they served us up with a smile. As a Taco Bell connoisseur, that has not only visited locations all over the country, but internationally as well, this location holds it's weight to the rest. They have screens that you can order for which are replacing cashiers, but we decided to go through the old school way, and were not disappointed. Our food was served fast, and we enjoyed it inside. I'm 7 months pregnant and all I wanted for Valentine's Day was some Taco Bell, we ordered like 30$ of food through the app and promptly went to go pick up our food. My husband waited around half an hour before asking where our order was. The manager was rude and told him she doesn't have the food and there was nothing she could do. We tried to show her the money came out of our bank account and we were at the correct location but she would not help us replace the food or even offer a refund. The guy at the drive through window had exceptional customer service, but the woman who was seemingly the manager or team lead was very unpleasant. Came in tonight around 6:15 and was asked to pull around to the front of the restaurant to wait for them to bring out my order. There weren't many people inside, and at the time, I was the only car in the drive-through. My daughter ordered a baja blast to drink, which they gave me before asking me to pull around. While we were waiting, she realized she couldn't drink it. She just got braces put in. When the woman came outside to bring us out food, I very genuinely apologized and asked if we could have sweet tea instead. Her face went flat and she gave me a look before taking the cup and going back inside. You would've thought I had deeply insulted her for asking. When she came back out, I apologized again and mentioned how upset she seemed, and her demeanor was unchanged. She had an irritated look on her face and just walked away. Horrible. I would love to leave zero stars. This is the local place and I usually love to come here after work, they clearly must hire people who don't care to listen or read orders back. I came here after work tonight and felt rushed and felt like I was a disturbance to them to even be ordering. I work in the food industry and I know times are hard but good service and making sure everything is correct (granted when I ordered half the things weren't showing on the menu when they asked if everything was correct) is a huge thing. If you plan to come here and get your food order either not taken OR correct (asked for things taken off and they were still put on) then don't come to this location. I'm all about supporting but I'm not happy that my husbands order didn't even end up in the bag. Get your act together and fix this, and I know one of the workers working was a manger from the last time I went. When we picked up our order at the counter, the girl left the tray and walked away without adding drink cups. We asked for them and not one person acknowledged. We asked again and a guy walked over mumbling something to the effect of we need to be patient. Not acknowledging people is rude and adding your 2 cents is not necessary sir. The tacos had zero tomatoes, just a small drop of sour cream added to each so I couldn't tell if there was any at all, very little cheese and over loaded with lettuce. What is it with all the Taco Bells overloaded lettuce tacos? It's not the first time. They didn't even try and it showed. TB increased prices and serves half ars lack luster food. Beware of this taco Bell. The prices on the menu board aren't the prices that they charge you. I have ordered a few things that this happened, most recently a large soda. The menu board says 1.89 but the computer rang it us as $1.99. doesn't sound like alot but a sneaky way of tricking people and getting more income than the price sheet says is unethical!! I have seem this at this location that I believe this is intentional. The associate says they tell manager each time but the computer has never been corrected. Brand new barely 3 month old store - and it's a stand alone - it's not an A&W Long John's Chicken Taco Hut The food is always HOT and accurately made. I have never had to request an order be corrected either in the drive thru or in the restaurant itself. I will never order food from Taco Bell again. Do you know how it is when you have your mind on something you want to eat and you order it because that's what you want. Well I tried that today and it didn't work out now I have to admit the order came quickly however, that's where the problem started. When I open my door, I immediately noticed that the drink was missing, I said, to myself, you know what no big deal. But as I put the bag on the table and opened it, I noticed that none of these items inside his bag is not what I ordered. I looked at the order number on the bag and it was completely different than what mine was supposed to be and this is where the adventure begins. There is no one 800 number to call to report this that you have the wrong order you can't call the store for them to remake the order matter fact, the store doesn't even answer the phone. I had to call a different location to see if there was something that they could do about it. It was then I received two false phone numbers one was red taco and the second was SOS tacos and when I called both numbers both of those numbers were for Taco Bell employees not customers. When I called back to get clarification to make sure I didn't write something down incorrectly. I was told you have to go to the app I replied the only thing on the app is a form basically to fill out there's no phone number there's no immediate resolution. The employee begin to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong, now I have spent 10 to 15 minutes going through this app with a fine tooth comb looking for ways to resolve the issue and every button every icon I click on is a dead end. I will never order from Taco Bell again so for that, I have to say thank you. read more
