This a typical Five Guys franchise restaurant (a lot of interesting history if you wanna google it). Anyways..average speed of service and quality. The only difference with this restaurant is that one of the employee made a really inappropriate comment in front of my girlfriend and we're assuming his supervisor. The situation isn't very healthy. It's pretty concerning when you just trying to order food and get harassed sexually. One thing I have noticed about this restaurant is that the speed of service doesn't change much whether they're busy or you're the only one in there (I literally have been the only person in there with 5 employees and still takes forever). Update: The GM sent me $15 worth of gift cards to make up for their employee because disrespectful pigs. I can't be bought though, so my review isn't changing.

Very excited that Five guys have a Keto option, replace the bun with lettuce. The person behind the counter was very accommodating. Burger was delicious. Your typical Five Guys experience. My son had the fries and he loved them. Music was not too loud and a great selection of tunes.

The prices are rather high, but as many have said, McDonalds is not cheap either, and the burger here is MUCH better.

WOW this was bad. Yeah yeah, I realize I'm writing a review for Taco Bell and many of my other…read morereviews are for high-end cocktail bars, but hey- I'm a 50+yr old professional musician. Sometimes I just want Taco Bell. And I don't expect excellence here- just...Taco Bell. Well, in this case, I didn't even get it. After just about a 45min wait, I had to get back to rehearsal. A colleague and I walked in to the sound of two employees arguing and a bunch of people standing around (on an inexplicably very wet- like puddles- floor that I didn't even really question at the time). We ordered at the kiosk. During our wait, we heard LOTS of arguing behind the counter, some arguing over the counter at customers who were frustrated, and so much incompetence, it made the freelance music business seem relaxed and organized. The drive-through was being turned away altogether, though the person doing it kept stopping the work inside to talk to the drive-through people. Among the variety of excuses we heard was that they were understaffed. I saw at least four people there though. I don't think my local TB has more than that at any given time. This is Keene, NH on a Saturday, not L.A. When we noticed that multiple people who had come in after us had gotten SOMEthing (but some who had been there before us hadn't, and don't get me started on how many people had problems with the orders), we'd finally had enough and time was running out, so we approached the counter to ask to cancel and get a refund. Under the maybe 2' x 3' sign that said "please order at the kiosk," we were told that since we ordered at the kiosk, we couldn't get a refund. Around that time, a crumpled bag was thrown onto the counter and I was told that it was my food. I explained that I really didn't have anymore time and would rather just get the money and leave. At that point, I was a little concerned about eating it anyway. TB is always a gamble with one's stomach. What happens when it's made in an extra dirty location by pissed off workers? No thanks. "Well, we can't give you a refund." I...politely disagreed. He eventually went to contact a manager. Eventually he came back with cash (I'd paid with a card) and handed it to me with no words. The female worker suggested that I take the food since it was there (I didn't really want it but it was a singularly nice gesture) and the male responded with "nope. He wanted a refund and that's what he got. Throw it out." Amazing. I'm leaving things out because this is already ridiculously long, but I'm still in awe of the gross incompetence- EVEN on a Taco Bell level! This was the worst business experience I've had in my life, and that's saying something.

I don't write reviews, but this place pissed me off. Looked at the menu in the drive-thru, see an…read moreindividual soft taco is $2. I also see the regular 3 soft taco meal is $9 (the Supreme was just over $11). I ask for the regular meal and a Pepsi. No upgrades or add-ons. Comes to $13.50. I'm confused and ask at the window. He said the $9 is if I only got the tacos and not the drink (again, $2 tacos a la carte). Grand scheme of things, not worth arguing over roughly $3. Just pay and take my business elsewhere (I could've gotten the $9 luxe box and a drink for the same price and a lot more food). Get to where I can eat and I find I have 3 Doritos crunchy tacos. JHC. At this point, I just need to eat. I reach into my bag for a napkin, and find nothing. Now I'm hot. First world problems, yes, but there's something called basic customer service, and it translates everywhere. This Taco Bell: 1. Overcharged 2. Lied about it or is grossly incompetent 3. Got the order wrong 4. Couldn't even provide napkins There's a reason Taco Bell's reputation has plummeted since I first went in the 90s, and there's a reason many of the people who work at Taco Bell can only work at Taco Bell, and sadly, many aren't even qualified for THAT. Not one bit of this was embellished because the facts are bad enough.

Day One, I went in and ordered a bacon egg & cheese sandwich. I asked if I could substitute avocado for the cheese. They said no as the avocado is more expensive. I get it, no big deal. I ask for a bacon egg sandwich (no cheese). They take my order along with my coffee and such and I go about my business. I go back to my Air bnb and lo and behold it's an egg only sandwich. I chalk it up to talking about avocados more than I do their listening skills and I move on. Day Two, I go in to give them a second chance. I order a Harvest Bowl & 2 coffees. I pay in cash. I get my cups, fill up my coffees and wait. After a few minutes, I realize that several people have come in, ordered, served and left in front of me. I go up to the counter and ask about my order and find out it was never put in. Because I paid in cash there was no trail. It's now well over 20 minutes and the person who took my order would not even lift her head to acknowledge that she served me. I call someone else over and ask about what to do and they treat me like I'm looking for a free meal. (FYI, visually I am a successful older female). Once they retook my order I quickly went next door to the jewelry shop as I had some time sensitive business there. When I returned, bowl still not ready, but was on the stove. While I was waiting I asked to speak with the manager. Suddenly nobody wanted to be the manager. Once someone came forward, I asked if this type of service was normal. I also asked if they compensate customers who have been ignored. He THEN HAD THE NERVE TO SAY, 'WELL, YOU'RE GETTING THE BOWL FOR FREE'! There were places I wanted him to put said compensation. Never, Never, NEVER say words like that to any customer. The sad part, the food is good. The place is cute. The customer service takes all that away and more. Caitlin, you have a good thing. Don't let your employees ruin it. When I mentioned your business in the jewelry store, they avoid your place too for the same reason.
