I quickly dove in to this bright and fresh dish! Wow! Wow! And another wow! I added the fish sauce to my dipping sauce and poured over my bowl and it was perfect! I had to take a break midway through. I was able to finish about 3/4 of the dish! It was beautiful and a pleasant surprise. Will definitely try other dishes on my next visit. I ended up putting some of it on my vermicelli plate. The sauce that came with the grilled pork had just a tad too much fish sauce in it for my taste but that might just be me. It didn't take very long to get my order. Maybe 25 minutes which seems standard. I got my food to go but the inside of the place is really nice. Next time I think I will eat inside because the vibe was so cool.
