No inside dining but full staff!

I've been coming to five guys for nearly 10 years I'm not sure why I haven't written a review. This is a super location with great staff so thought I'd give it a go. Got another burger to go today for my mom who craves hamburgers and when she does she only wants five guys. You order at the counter and everything is made when you order it so be prepared to wait for an order these are not pre-cooked and waiting. A ton of options to put on your burger but the basic order is a cheeseburger or double cheeseburger which comes with mustard ketchup mayonnaise tomatoes pickles lettuce onions then you can add other things like jalapeños or even fries to slap on your burger. I always get the cheeseburger and a regular fry With drink which will run you about $15 which is par with red Robin or other gourmet burgers shops. This is a unique experience and well worth the wait if you like a large messy juicy gooey burger!!! Highly recommend!

I THINK the FIVE GUYS @ Hamilton Mill makes a very good burger, but I've never really been a fan of the fries. I THINK the store generally is clean and the staff is efficient, but not always welcoming. I THINK my experience today was one of the best I've ever had in terms of service and food, but I DON'T THINK I can continue any longer to patronize their business. ***** About five years ago I made a conscious decision to reduce or eliminate my intake of Five Guys after paying almost $15 for a double cheeseburger, fries and drink. I found that to be outrageous considering you could get the same meal across the street @ Wendy's or Burger King for about half that cost. But when COVID-19 took the world by storm, like many I began to narrow down my restaurant rotation to places I felt were better quality and more trustworthy... so Five Guys was added back into the regular rotation. But is it just me or is every American Citizen about fed up with skyrocketing costs and corporations blaming it on lack of workers, transportation and higher overall costs? Because unless it's a case of everyone crying wolf, the farmers don't seem to be making more, the workers don't seem to be getting paid any more and I've heard several truck driver's say they are losing money because of the rising cost of gas while companies aren't fully willing to pay higher transportation costs. So where is all this extra added daily profit going? The same meal I complained about paying $15 for five years ago cost me just under $20 today, and while it was absolutely delicious... I'm done! Like for real done! I make a pretty decent income, but I just don't know how America or Georgia as a whole is going to survive this incredible onslaught of high prices and low wages. Almost $20 for a FAST FOOD burger meal feels like total madness, so it's time for me to get off the train. [ FINAL THOUGHTS ] Appreciate the ride Five Guys, but I've made it to my stop! 2022 / 95

    Another great meal

My fiance and I used to spend close to $40 back home on Maui at Jack in the Box, Burger King, Wendy's, or other spots back home, but never get as good quality of a meal as Five Guys. So when we come here, we don't mind spending the extra cash for consistently good food, service, and an experience we can count on. It was our first time at this location, and it was a great place to stop before heading over to the Regal theater nearby. We had a great filling, tasty, fresh meal again - two bacon cheeseburgers (one with lettuce wrap), two drinks, a regular sized order of fries, and a salted caramel coffee shake with Oreo cookie pieces. There's lots of other fast food chains nearby, but we made the right choice again. Never disappointed. We'll be back to this location again when we're in the area. Keep it up, Five Guys! Consistency is key!

I had placed the order via phone 10 minutes before I got there. And the small bag of my order was ready to pickup but the worker who gave out the order with french fries did not bother to check my order even I asked him to check. I had to wait 25 more minutes when every orders were out to the customers. No respect to the customers. Never going back again!!!

"Little" Bacon Cheese Burger. Needs more Bacon.

Five guys is always juicy and simple. Usually always get the bacon cheese burger with Pickles, lettuce and tomato. If you're not trying to have a heart event while you're there, I suggest getting the "little" burger. Plenty big for me. We also share the "small" fries cause true to Five Guys they are a huge pile mostly thrown into that luscious grease bag! We call them the "bag fries". Almost always hot and crispy little nuggets of heaven. Only criticism I have, and it's always the same, MORE bacon. Even when extra is ordered it's still on the skimpy side. Please PLEASE Five guys, we need more sides. Onion rings?? One last thing That would make this place even more yummy would be a sauce bar. I like to have mayo and ketchup or even mustard on hand. Sauce control is key! Love the paper grease bags and foil stuffed burgers every time.

Delicious hot food. All condiments on double cheeseburger was fresh and crisp. Fries was hot and fresh and plentiful.

Typical Five Guys, friendly, quick staff . Great tasting burgers, hot French fries. Even let us bring in our sodas from car. Location is a little tough as its in a strip mall and have to fight the heavy traffic and do u-turns to get back to the highway.

I love five guys, especially their grilled cheeses. But, unfortunately today when I went to order my usual grilled cheese, there was a hair cooked into my cheese of my grilled cheese. It was a somewhat small hair but still of course noticeable because I noticed it and had to pull it out of the cheese. I have to go to work soon so I do not have time to go back down there and request a new one or even a refund, but please check your food. I have not previously had issues with this location, but now I will think twice about revisiting due to the incident I experienced today. And for the record it is not my hair. Although I have long hair, this hair does not match my length or color, and once again it was literally cooked into the cheese...gross.

It was pretty good. Messy bread falling apart. I use to be a big fan but this my was first time here in years. For $13 bacon cheese burger, fry and drink next time I'll choose Red Robin.

Sad excuse for a burger, could have had a quarter pounder, fries and a drink for six bucks..

Korean eggdrop sandwiches are here…read more This is not new, yet you didn't know it was here. Why??? Out of all the Korean corndog shops, this location, way up in Buford at the Mall of Georgia is the only kitchen with a griddle built to accommodate this famous Korean must-try egg sando. Every time I visit Korea, I'm still shocked at the popularity of this item and how many different variations there are. The egg drop sando is still going strong like a viral item for over 10 years now in the many chains in Korea. We finally have it in Georgia and ya'll aren't even in the know from someone that actually eats these sandos in Korea to compare... Compared to the many other egg toast sandwiches I ate in Korea over the years; Oh K-Dog version is even better because: The eggs are more layered and fluffy. Not flat and wimpy. The milk bread is fluffy and thicker, not smashed and soggy. Also, you have the option for garlic butter bread! Sauces - so many customizable and unlimited sauces to add in their sauce bar, from wet to dry sauces, cheese to gochujang sauces. It's all there to try. The best part this eggdrop sando is sold all day and with many different toppings of your choice. Yes, even including avocado ‼ 길거리토스트 No need to wait for an Eggslut or Eggdrop chain to open here because we already have it covered.

The breading is different somehow, the breadcrumbs are crispier than I've ever had on a typical mozzarella snack. They've changed the game as far as eating deep fried savory food on a stick. My brother went for a regular dog. He said it's really good too. They had a pretty big line, but we did not have to wait long for our food this time. This place is in the mall food food court and they kept things nicely clean. I was impressed for going there on a weekend day while there was an event going on. The space was pretty packed, but there were no issues finding a clean table for use to sit at. Lots of room to walk around, and we didn't have to try to squeeze between tables.

The breading on the chicken was comparable to what you would find at Popeyes. The food arrived piping hot, almost too hot to eat I had to let it cool for a few minutes. I ordered the cat fish sandwich, which was quite large. However, it lacked seasoning altogether. If they add more seasoning, I believe this could be a hit. Unfortunately, I did not receive any seasoning, and I do not believe I would order again. The atmosphere was reminiscent of a small, family-owned store on the corner of a strip mall. The interior was clean and nothing special. The staff was friendly. Calling in the food would reduced the 20-minute wait time, as the food is made to order. I have no issue with this, as you can clearly tell by how piping hot the food was. The other items I ordered besides the fish sandwich were whole chicken wings meal that came with French fries and a drink. The price is slightly on the higher side. In my opinion, I will not return to this establishment.

It's super easy to order here. Just pick your flavor profile, the base (greens, brown rice, or half and half), and protein. My favorite flavor is still the Chipotle Mango Avocado. I love the creamy chipotle sauce. And they give more of the avocado mixture now. It has black beans, red onion, corn, cheese in it. For proteins, I love the shrimp and tofu. The tofu is a great vegetarian option. This is my favorite location too. It's spacious (also has an outdoor dining area) and very clean. Amazing Customer Experience to match their Amazing Food!…read more If you are in need of a food truck for your event, look no further! We were having a huge outdoor party for my husband's 50th birthday and we had invited over 100 people and we really wanted a food truck where not only the adults would love the food but also not too eccentric where it could please the kids too. I spent a lot of time throughout a week scouring the internet for a food truck that I felt could fit our needs. I found the menus for private parties too restricting and it was starting to feel I wouldn't be able to find the kind of menu I wanted. A friend of mine whose neighborhood has a lot of block parties and hires food trucks often suggested Soul Truckin Good. She said that out of all the trucks, that was the most raved about and pleased the masses. I had called a few already and felt discouraged with the limited menu for private parties. I might have liked this and that but maybe they couldn't do this and that together. I felt a little like Goldilocks and the Three Bears trying to find a menu I felt excited about. With the party being combined with our annual St. Patty's Day party I knew the drinks would be flowing and I wanted to make sure the food was yummy, hearty and filling for a one time guest visit to the truck. So I called Soul Truckin Good, and Jei answered the phone. She has the perfect amount of professionalism, kindness AND understanding when talking things over. The way she described the menu was very easy to understand and I felt like we had great main dish and side dish choices to work with. There was one additional side I wanted even though it ventured outside of the A, B, C type of menu. She wanted to make sure we were happy and she was happy to work with me to make sure we had the menu we wanted. By the end of the process, I felt like I was talking to my friend rather than a stranger. The party was growing by the day. And she talked me through everything regarding the number of people and how much to order, like a pro. Sometimes I felt like she was my therapist, lol, because of the concern I had with making sure everyone would get fed. When you have an Evite for a big party and even if you set a deadline for RSVPs, you will always have those friends that say, oh I forgot...is it too late? Or I know I initially said it was just 2 of us but now it will be all 5, yada yada yada. So we came up with a plan that I felt comfortable with. And not to forget about the food or the guest happiness- the day of the party gets here and the food truck was a huge success. Everyone loved the food. Everything went smoothly, truck was here on-time (even early). They make sure to plan with time cushions to get to their commitments with plenty of time. And there was a line at the end as our time was coming to a close and they stayed until the last person received their order. Can't assume that will always be the case but I was their last commitment that day. Just goes to show they care about the experience and not just the dollar. I don't think there are a lot of business owners out there that care as much about making your experience the best it can be. But I can say without a doubt that Soul Truckin Good is one of them!
