We stopped for a planed lunch. Got there at 12:05 and were on our way by 12:40. Burgers and fries are always made to your order so when you get it, it is always fresh and very hot. The food is cooked to order. The have a limited menu of burgers, fries, grilled cheese and hotdogs. You pivot what you want and then pick from a list of toppings. All toppings are free. You can also get your burgers without a bun. The buns are really good, but I usually save myself the calories. It's fast food, but fresher tasting. read more

I always enjoy the burgers here. They're always cooked perfect and nice and juicy. The toppings are great and you get a lot for what you pay for. If you get the fries get the small ones because they can feed a couple of people. While you're waiting for your food you can snack on some peanuts they have for free. read more

Came here again on my visit. I was really impressed the last time I came. I like the fact that you can choose whatever topping you want with the burger. Usually other places charge for each extra topping. I ordered the Bacon cheeseburger with mayo, mustard, ketchup, grilled onions, relish, and barbeque sauce. I also ordered the regular fries which are overflowed so it comes out to a large order of fries. Everything was excellent. I heard they are coming to Hawaii so I can't wait. read more

Amazing. No one listens as you give your order. When they call your number, the bag they give probably contain items that may resemble what you think you ordered. Perhaps not. What you will get is a burger made up of 2 patties which have been crushed to one quarter inch, cooked to the hockey puck stage, and placed on a cracker dry bun. There isn't enough catsup in the Heinze warehouse to revive this belly bomb. All this for only $7. Add a water thin shake for only $4 and a small fries for only $3. Add tax and for the insignificant pice of $16, you get a complete meal which is completely disgusting. The wise move would be to go to McD's and get a much better burger for $1, which a dollar shake that will give you a much better finish. (Disclaimer: I do not like McD, so I would not do this, but you should). Gosh, when will I learn not to try to eat in Florida. read more

Came here with my mother and ate a bacon double cheese burger with an order of cajun fries. They have peanuts available to eat while you wait for your order, which adds a unique option to the usual fast food burger joints. Burgers are excellently priced around $4-6 and you can add as many extras as you want for free (mushrooms, jalapenos, etc.). I wish they didn't season the fries so much, but they're still some of the best fries you can get at a fast food joint. Plus, even with a normal order of fries they pretty much fill the cup with fries, dump them in the bag, then fill the cup again and place it in your bag. All in all, Five Guys is in a league of their own and, if you're in the area, I highly recommend trying their food out. read more

Charged just under $30 for food I never received. I ordered food from Five Guys through UberEats and after pressing send I realized it charged an old PayPal account instead of my usual card. I scrabbled around in the app for just under a minute to try and change the payment method, but I couldn't find that option and canceled the order. I must have been searching for just over one minute as the app stamped it as having been "two minutes". My point: I have been charged for the canceled order nevertheless. I called UberEats (broken English rep, not sure they fully understood my request or my anger, or simply didn't care,) but no, they can't do anything about it as it's the policy of the restaurant. I then called the restaurant (I was transferred to someone with broken English and not sure he fully understood my situation or really didn't care.) I was told they can't do anything and that I should call UberEats. After telling him twice that I had already called UberEats and they sent me to him and also asking if it seemed right that I was being charged full price plus tax and delivery for food I didn't receive, I ended up telling him that I would never again be using UberEats OR any Five Guys restaurant. It still didn't seem to register with this person as he didn't engage me at all regarding making any degree of amends or compromise. I would have accepted going halves, I guess, but he had a bored tone and his rote response was to contact UberEats. So, there you have it. And, yes, I was serious about never using UberEats OR this restaurant chain and have since deleted the app from my phone. read more

This was my first time ordering from Five Guys. I really liked the ability to order on line and have it ready to pick up during your lunch break from work. I was greeted with smiles as I entered and everything was ready and waiting. I used the Group Online Order so each order was bagged separately with names on them. I will know better next time to order separately as Group Order simply separates each persons order with a grand total at the end. Also if you want something on the side the On Line Order does not have a place where you could make notations. I called ahead and they took care of it for me. When I mentioned it to the young lady who assisted me she said that they are updating the site to make it easier for their customers. This will definitely NOT be my last visit. When I'm in the mood for Burger n Fries, Five Guys is where I'll go. read more

The patties are not some meat and filler perfectly shaped tasteless mystery meat they are delicious juicy greasy burgers. Enjoy the calories people don't waste them. I ordered lunch for my dealership and the cashier (receipt said Jarvis W.) miss rang our order. I pointed it out to him and instead of correcting it he claimed it was too late and he was sorry before handing me incorrect change (he attempted to overpay me a dollar then corrected himself). I waited to see if he corrected the order when a man called out my number. I asked him if it was fixed and he claimed he didn't know then asked the cashier. He returned and told me that the order was still wrong, but because they hadn't overcharged me for it he would not fix it or charge me the difference. Zero attempts were made to correct your employee's mistake and with no manager presence it is easy to understand why. Our business will no longer be doing any with yours. My family will no longer be eating with your company either. If you want a real burger I highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings at Drew St. and 19 S. only 3 minutes north of this location. Much much much better burgers and the best onion rings around as well. If you want fast food and a 50/50 chance for them to screw up your order; go to Five Guys. read more
