Lunch yesterday was very disappointing. My sister visiting from out of town and wanted to eat at her favorite burger place. The order was wrong .. the bins were smashed and all around the burgers were substandard. It wasn't busy. The fry's are always great ... they surpass the hamburgers and for the price. Come on. I won't be back . read more

Five Guys - a hamburger with lettuce, tomato and cheese - Burgers Near Me - Cheyenne, Wyoming

If you want a huge gourmet burger to order cooked over oak this is the place to go at frontier mall. While it is a national chain it is a great place with outside and inside dining. I would recommend splitting fries they are delicious but you will take them home with you. Peanuts are free and you can toss the shells on the floor! Expensive but worth it. Quick service. read more

Looking for something fast in Cheyenne we saw they had a Five Guys. We did not realize how far off the interstate it was, but were still happy with our food. I had my usual Bacon Cheeseburger and my wife had here usual Little Cheeseburger with small fries. Everything was just as we expected from eating at other Five Guys locations. read more

Good representative of the chain. My Five Guys fave: bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and mustard! Also appreciate that they are always generous with fries and free refills. read more

Coming back after two unsatisfactory visits to say we had a good experience tonight! Burgers on intact buns that weren't squished, adequate toppings on the burger (instead of loosely in the wrapper), plenty of fries and a refreshing soda. Glad they turned things around. It may have helped that we came at 4:30pm on a Friday instead of 5:30, but I'm glad to see them back to regular standards. read more

Five Guys Cheyenne WY has NEVER gotten it right for me!!! Well, we saw a review about the Cheyenne WY store suggesting they got their act together. As far as our visit, NOT THE CASE!!! I ordered 2 burgers & fries. The quality of ingredients is high, and their "assembly" of burgers SUCKS!!! Both the burgers buns were SMASHED FLAT!!! My burger was missing 3 of 4 vegetables. Maybe they were super busy? Nope! One person in the dining room, me then a door dash driver walked in. That's it. What could be the reason for such a HUGE failure to properly assemble a burger? Perhaps a little Quality Control? Naw! Why break a "Winning" trend? Am I just in a bad mood? Nope. This has happened over the 6-year period I have been here in Cheyenne WY. read more

Cross country driving is literally my least favorte thing to do ever. This is now my 4th time driving cross country and hopefully the last time I'm moving. After driving so many times cross country i have developed a special admiration for truck drivers they literally have the worse job ever. I see that a few times some of them being their dogs with them. That definitely would make the job like 10x better. My dad and I stopped at this five guys for a quick dinner because we were exhausted and didn't feel like going to a sit down. This five guys is located in a little mall, no linein front of us so we ordered right away. I got a cheeseburger with every topping available, green pepper, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapeños etc. Hamburger came wrapped in foil, and juice spilling everywhere. The hamburger ingredients were super fresh and juicy. I like how the cheese is melted inside the patty. We ordered a large fries which was a mistake cuz I could only eat about 3 and we ended up tossing the rest of the fries. Better than the other faat food burger joint in this area, so not a bad stop if you're doing a cross country road trip. read more

If you don't mind paying double the value of what you're receiving then this is a fun place to get a fast food meal. As soon as you get your burger unwrap it from the foil or it'll get really soggy really fast. The fries may be limp, but they'll still be tasty. After eating at Five Guys several times it dawned on me that I could get a better meal for half the price or less at numerous fast food and/or sit down restaurants in town. So if you have money to burn, give Five Guys a try. It's a no service style place. They call you when your food is ready and you go up and get it. It's easy to get the condiments you might want. I love the peanuts in the shell that you don't have to pay extra for and the piles of potato sacks that are always in the store. Five Guys has always been pricey for what you get but are now way beyond reasonable. It's just not worth it. I do not recommend Five Guys, not any store in the chain as they're all the same. read more

Overrated, Overpriced, Overplayed! The burger itself is off a griddle not flame broiled, the frys were great, but I wouldn't drive past any other burger joint for them. The price of the subpar burger alone was $10,59, almost $2.00 more than the double whopper combo, because Burger King actually serves a combo meal. Sorry but this place is overhyped and way overpriced for a subpar burger and home frys. What a burger or Burger King is far better tasting and a much better deal! I don't know who they paid off for their write ups in magazines, but they missed the mark, Cheap Eats? At $45.57 to feed me and my wife, no thanks! It was good, but it wasn't great, and did not live up to the hype or advertising. read more

Gotta be honest right.... I hate leaving bad reviews, but every now and again it is deserving. This is by far the worst Five Guys experience I have had. Usually on my fave list, this one did not measure up. I've had awesome Five Guys experiences all over. Washington, South Carolina, New Mexico, Georgia, Colorado, South Dakota, Montana. This is my first bad burger at Five Guys. It was about 7:30 pm, the restaurant was not busy. We each got a cheeseburger, one with mushrooms and one without. Both arrived over toasted (yet not hot), with cheese slices that weren't melted. Fries were good, but after the burger disappointment they just weren't good enough. It took longer than normal to get our food, probably 10 minutes...unsure why. The staff was very friendly but needed to be more on the ball with food delivery. This one was in a mall and right next to a Dickies BBQ, next time we will have Dickies. read more

Five Guys - a cheeseburger with a bite taken out of it - Burgers Near Me - Cheyenne, Wyoming

The burgers are not terrible and they are not great. The meat isn't even seasoned it seems. Flies are a huge problem as well. Now the price, just isn't justified at all. Getting pretty ridiculous for just two people to have a burger and fries it's well over 30 bucks and only a step above mc Donald's read more

This is a $16 mistake I won't be making again. Yes, $16 for this pathetic excuse for a burger, a small fries and regular drink. I could have gotten a half pound of brisket, two sides, a dinner roll and a drink next door for $13!!! Who the hell decided this was worth what they charge? First and last time ever eating at this franchise. They topped off the experience with soggy fries and couldn't even be bothered to melt the cheese. This is laughable. read more

Walked in they came to take my order almost immediately. I had two people in front of me but only waited maybe 10 mins! My food was done and it was delicious! Almost looked like a cartoon that's how perfect it was. I don't always get this when I doordash but eating here in person is nice! read more

Short: Not bad for the quality of the burger and toppings you can get. Little pricey but better than the restaurant chains around. Fries can be salty especially the cajun but they are thick cut so you can still taste that it is actually made from a potato unlike some places that have thin grease sticks. Long: Ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, it was made correct as requested. Also ordered the cajun fries. Salty but with the malted vinegar they were pretty tasty. My biggest gripe is for whatever reason I haven't received a nice hot semi-greasy, cheesy, melty burger from this place like when I have gone to the 5 guys in Fort Collins which turned me onto 5 guys in the first place. If you've ever had a 5 guys burger like the guy on youtube that goes wild over his 5 guys burger you know what I mean. Service was friendly and everything looked clean. read more

Disappointing. We stopped in after others had raved to us. We wont be back. Head over to Culvers or Two Doors down we they are happy to have customers and charge reasonable prices for excellent food instead of the hi-priced "meh" on order here. read more

Their burgers are delicious. I've been all over the US and one thing I can say about 5 Guys is their consistently delicious burgers. I love how they don't charge extra for additional toppings either. You can basically make any kind of burger you want! :) BUT I don't go to 5 Guys often (and when I do, it's because of family insisting). Why? I intensely dislike their fries. I like crisp, lightly salted fries.... and 5 Guys fries are the very opposite of that. They are dark, limp, and always heavily salted. (And no, getting less salt would not help them. That would just make them bland and limp!) It's not a location thing either, it's just the recipe/cooking method 5 Guys uses. Of course I could just get the burgers.... but I don't see the point in that. Their menu consists pretty much of burgers and fries, that's it. Without liking the fries, I'm cut off from one of the things that supposedly makes this chain so great. And since I can find delicious burgers AND fries elsewhere... well, why settle for less? That being said, if you love limp fries, you will love 5 Guys. If you're like me and don't like limp fries, but you've never been to a 5 Guys, I recommend trying them anyway. Just make sure to take a 2nd person if you decide to get the fries. A small order of fries is enough to feed 2 adults! (No joke! I mistakenly ordered a medium once and ended up with more fry than burger in my bag!) read more

Worst management I've ever experienced. Manager lady screaming at me at the top of her lungs about parking in front of her store, when I was simply the passenger of an Uber ride and he was letting me out. I will never again do business here. read more

Terrible service here is terrible. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a basic cheese burger and some Cajun fries and it wasn't even busy. The staff was no help, especially the older woman with grey hair. She was being very unprofessional and rude the entire time I was there. Not just to me but to other customers and the staff. Just because your life is miserable doesn't give you the right to degrade others. read more

Five guys is great, but the staff seems to have trouble reading what goes in their burgers. On two separate occasions I've ordered no mushrooms on my burgers and they still put them in. They did make me new ones, but if they paid attention the first time they wouldn't have had to make the new ones. read more

Overpriced fast food anyone? A cheeseburger and fries cost me more than $13. Remember when they first came to town and the regular fries were enough for the family? Remember how they filled the bag? Not anymore. My $4.49 fries filled the cup with a whopping 8 fries spilling over into the bag. Way too spendy for anything that comes in a paper bag. read more

Huge Burgers, and dont order the fries in a large! you get more than two people can eat (we tried), kind of $$ though , but the food is made to order and not from a bin. read more

Much better than your average fast food burger! Everything is cooked right there when your order it. Burgers are a little greasy for me, but my husband loves them! Really good fries too! Fun diner feel on the inside. Good location connected to the Frontier mall! read more

Their hamburgers are great if the person making it knows what they are doing. When you watch the poorly train cook at the grill constantly poking holes in your beef patty to see if it is done there by letting out all of the juices thus making it very dry. The quality of the burgers at the Cheyenne restaurant is very inconsistent. Since I don't know what sort of burger I am going to get, I have stopped going. read more

The burgers are really good but the fries were soggy. It's too expensive for what you're getting. The don't have stuff for kids so there food ends up being the same price as an adult and they can only eat half of it. read more

The burgers are always top notch, very enjoyable! My husband gets everything on his, and it is stacked tall. I'm on the smaller menu and I always walk away full. The fries are plentiful with a great taste. I had the cajun seasoned fries and loved the taste, but definitely wouldn't have them every time. I'm satisfied that they reduced their price for a hamburger if the reviews are true. Otherwise, $20 for 2 burgers were too expensive. Yes there is variety when me and my wife last and only visit them, but still they still need to be more respectful of their customers and I'm grateful that they lowered their prices! read more

My family went here yesterday, not only did it cost us $70 but it took over a 1/2 hour to get our food and when we received it, the all 5 orders of fries were dumped into one bag, we had 3 orders of Cajun and 2 orders of regular for the kids. They also messed up our hamburger orders and when I confronted them about the situation I was told that the fry guy was new and if we wanted we they could put a rush on the order to get a 2 new burgers out. This is the crappiest Service I've ever received anywhere, why would I force my 8 year old and husband to wait another 20 minutes to eat! Horrible, we will never eat there again! read more

The fries are very good, however the hamburgers r a greasy sloppy mess! First of all oh, the buns are all squished and the burger if it's even a full Burger is halfway off the bun and the burger is just thrown together in a sloppy mess.
