Was visiting from California. I LOVE this place. The food was all fresh and hot and so delicious. The service was and continues to be AMAZING. Never has there been any mediocre personalities at the counter or when serving. The few times I went, service was always very friendly, helpful, caring and kind. It was like In N Out or Chick-fil-A on steroids. I love being treated like I am appreciated and never disappointed with the quality or freshness of the food. The place is always clean. The restrooms are very nice and are something you might find at a higher end establishment. The only thing missing was the attendant who hands you a towel. Lol. Was surprised to find Culver's in Wyoming and Colorado. We got the 2 piece and the 4 piece chicken finger baskets (mine with cheese curds and fries for my dad) and both came with a drink (I got the Culver's brand root beer). The chicken and cheese curds were both piping hot and the curds came with a mix of white and yellow cheeses and close to 20 some pieces. After awhile, all of that fried food was starting to make me a little sick, but it was worth it. My best fast food experience ever was at this Culver's. All of the staff were so kind and good at their job - especially the young man who was ringing us up! He was so patient, fun, and helpful! Beyond the service, the food at Culver's is so good. The chicken is really moist, the fries are crispy but not over cooked, and the custard is a tasty treat! It's fun to try the daily flavors. I'd love to give this Culver's location 5 stars, because the food was great (two cod fish dinners and a fish sandwich -- terrific flavor, cooked fresh, and great sides of crinkle fries and coleslaw), the restaurant was spotless clean and the staff was super courteous. My only knock down to 4 stars was a very frustrating experience placing my order at the counter. The woman could not have been nicer, but she kept getting the order wrong, I kept correcting her, yet she still got it wrong by the time I got everything. I'm sympathetic if it was an issue of hearing difficulty, but management needs to pay a little more attention to make sure the counter staff maintain Culver's standards for taking orders. Again, she was extremely friendly, but had a hard time getting a very simple order correct. But, I'll be back! read more

I ordered a turtle sundae with the flavor of the day and I was given one scoop of the flavor of the day with pecans thrown on top. No caramel, no fudge, no whipped cream....you know, the things that make it a sundae. Please, someone teach the new people how to make a sundae? read more

This is my first visit to a Culver's, since I am from the west coast. I was pleasantly surprised to find this chain of quality food! I ordered the battered fried cod meal, substituting with cheese curds, and onion rings. The stars are definitely for the quality of fish and the tartar sauce, both of which were delicious! The fish was so hot and fresh and crispy, just how I like it. Perfectly seasoned and not too much breading. Unfortunately, I did not like the sides at all. I thought the cheese curds were too breaded and tasted kind of dry and crumbly. And I thought the onion rings weren't as light and crisp as the fish. But I won't knock Culver's, next time I'll just order the regular fries and coleslaw. I also did not like the culvers house sauce. It had these weird chunks of hard cheese in it? If you don't like Culver's, there may be something wrong with you The frozen custard is absolutely delicious. I usually ask for bananas and nuts mixed in, sometimes with just a kiss of chocolate. Normally I think Culver's is a good fast foodrestaurant. The last two times I've been there is just mediocre. Today I asked for a soda water which is water with carbonation. Oh you're first visit to Culver's did not disappoint! We've never been there much less tried it, but thought it would be a quick and hopefully better alternative to McDonalds. It was! So. Much. Better. First, the customer service is incredible! These folks don't mind the questions and are beyond friendly! Second, the burger was yummy. Tasted like it was fire grilled, and the veggies crisp and fresh. The pretzels and cheese my husband loved, and the crinkle fries were the bomb! My personal favorite type of fries so I was excited. Inside the burger container is a message which makes it feel like your order was personalized. The shake was good. Taste 100% but a little runny. I've been coming to this establishment for delicious food for over 2 years now. Today is the day I stopped, as to I came through drive-thru. Ordered food, got said food and went home only to realize I never got my drink. Went back and got my drink, starting to get mad because I had to drive 10 mins back to get something that they give you at the window. Drive home. Was looking for to eating and got everything out of the bag, they didn't even put my sandwich in the bag. Now mind you, it's already 7 by that time. I'm livid, drove back and asked for a manager and got it squared away, got my refund, and told em don't let it happen again. I get it, its fast food but it isn't rocket science, but for customer to come back twice, waste the gas and time just to come back and fix you're mistakes. Pretty sad. I worked in food for 10 years and hated every second of it but I always made sure customers were always first and they got their food. read more

First off, for those who didn't know this is the newest Culver's location in Cheyenne, with it opening within the last year. With that said, I was really happy with my first time dining here. Five stars across the board for this location. As soon as I walked in, the customer service blew me away because I was welcomed warmly, and it made me feel pretty comfortable there. The ordering experience went well. The food was amazing and came out in a timely manner. Also, the dining room was very clean and well maintained. During my close to 45-minute visit, there were workers regularly going into the dining room and making sure it was cleaned, and also they regularly checked on customers to see if they needed anything. All in all, my visit went great, and I look forward to visiting this location again. read more

The service is always professional and friendly no matter who you are. The place is always clean to include their restrooms. First time at a Culver's, great experience. There are no Culver's locations in California, so had never tried it. Wonderful customer service and really good food. I don't care for their burgers but the fish, shrimp, and other menu items are delicious. What I love most about this culvers is if they mess up your order in any way they always make it right with a friendly face. The young people that work here are fantastic. I dine hear often.
