The fries are sooo good. Fresh and not over salted. The music was a little loud but a decent playlist and better than nothing. Shout out to Andrea M. She is such a pleasure to have an interaction with. The cream of the crop when it comes to service. I wish more customer service was available like her.

Love this place! The free peanuts are amazing and the unlimited toppings is great. The burgers are a bit pricey, but if you like yours all the way, I think it's worth it. I recommend you ordering the small fries if you want fries, because the portions are pretty large. One thing I did want to mention, though, was the customer service. It was not that great. The man at the register made annoyed faces when we had questions about the menu. We decided to try the Cajun fries, only to find out that they would be too salty for our liking. we asked the person at the counter if they would take our fries back and exchange them with the regular fries, and the hospitality simply wasn't there. maybe that's something they should work on.

I got the cheeseburger and it was my first time at Five Guys. I didn't realize the regular comes with two patties. If you want a single patty, you have to get the "little cheeseburger". This burger is sooo big-it could have last me two meals but I believe in finishing food while it's still fresh so I ate it all They did mess up my order-I asked for pickles and they didn't include them. I heard them talking about the pickles and did wonder if they were referring to my order Cheese is gooey just how I like it and you can get as many toppings as you want. Definitely expensive for a burger but it is so good! $10+

bacon cheeseburger with all the way ingredients. Top right is what is it just plain cheeseburger with grilled onions, double patty.

Follow up visit with friends. Friendly service, fresh food (given that it is all fried). Huge portions - so be mindful of what you order. Added some additional photos for those who might be new.

Wow!! How did I forget about 5 Guys Burgers & fries??? I was at Cheesecake Factory and waited over 15 mins for a pasta dish & it arrived cold. I closed out my tab, walked out and directly across the parking lot I see 5 Guys Burgers. The service was awesome. They are all really nice people, they greet you when you come in, you can see them make your order & they do NOT skimp on the fries! Mickey D's & whataburgers are frie cheats....!!!! I ordered a regular cheeseburger and it was made with love it was so tasty!!!!! I could only eat half and I have a ton of fries leftover to warm in the air fryer. Tip: Air Fryer is the best way to warm up your left over burger & fries, just take off the cold parts. The place was nice and clean. Although they are out of Dr. Pepper & Diet Dr. Pepper and some other flavors. They had root beer and that was a nice walk down childhood memory lane. Overall I will definitely be back. I posted this review before I have ever read other comments. Be positive & give back! Karma

    Burger & Fries $20

Like so many people I heard about Five Guys hamburgers before but had not gone out of my way to try it. Over the weekend I ended up at the Arboretum right by it, so I went in to try a burger. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger all the way had a large order of French fries. The thing that shocked me was that the total for my bill on that was almost $20. That being said I did get quite a bit of food for the price. But I still consider this place somewhat overpriced, and if I decided to go back, I would know better than to order a large of anything for just one person. Overall, the quality of the burger was not bad, but it was nothing to write home about, and the French fries were good but they were not crispy, they were kind of soggy to be honest. They were not bad tasting though. This was a rather average experience and a somewhat overpriced product,

My overall impression after going here for lunch can be summed up in three words: pricey, decent, and greasy. I'm not a big fan of this chain because of the average-quality to high-price ratio, but I had a free $8 to spend at Five Guys (thanks to a Chase Pay promotion--which you guys should look into!) and decided to give it another chance. Compared to other Five Guys locations, this place is larger and has nice, large windows to sit next to. Their food, like all Five Guys locations, is on the pricier side of the fast food burger spectrum and a basic burger (with tax) was all I could afford with my voucher. One perk that separates it from other fast food places, however, is their free burger toppings--you can add as little or as many of their topping choices (eg, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, jalapeños, green pepper, relish) for no extra cost! The burger itself was dry on the inside but greasy on the outside and soaked the bottom of the brown bag instantly. As for cleanliness, this location is a bit worse than others. We arrived at noon (an hour after it opens at 11am) and several of the tables were dirty and the bathroom was messy (during my visit, the women's bathroom had a bucket of dirty water and a mop in the center of the floor).

Burgers are nothing special, but are fresh and quickly prepared. No complaints. Have large plastic cups with no recycle bin!

The drive-thru line looked like it wrapped halfway to tomorrow, so I decided ordering ahead and picking it up inside would save some time. Unfortunately, that's where the good decisions ended. This location had recently reopened after what I assume was a remodel, so I expected it to look... well... fresh. Instead, it looked like the adults had taken the day off and left toddlers in charge. While waiting for my order, I leaned against one of the half walls only to immediately pull away because it was sticky. Not "someone just spilled something" sticky. The kind of sticky that makes you wonder how long it's been since anyone wiped it down. Then I started looking around. The floors looked like they'd survived an entire day's worth of traffic without seeing a cleaning. Nearly every surface I noticed looked neglected. For a restaurant that has built its reputation on cleanliness and efficiency, it was genuinely surprising. The lone bright spot was an older gentleman working the dining room. He greeted me warmly, asked how he could help, pointed me toward the pickup area, and wished me a great day. In the middle of what otherwise felt like complete chaos, he was the only person who projected professionalism and genuine hospitality. Then came the food. My fries were limp and soggy. The chicken was dry, tasted as though it had been sitting far longer than it should have, and honestly wasn't worth eating. I ended up stopping at Trader Joe's, buying a salad instead, and throwing the Chick-fil-A meal straight into the trash. I hate wasting food. I hate wasting money even more. But I especially hate wasting both at the same time. I sincerely hope this was just an unusually bad day for them. For me, though, one visit was enough. I'll be taking my quick lunch stops elsewhere.

Everything in moderation is my mantra in life. Today was my first day in Schlotzsky's in many moons. I remember the restaurant having an assortment of salads that were fresh, high in protein, and delicious tasting. Chicken Cobb Salad was my salad de jour. The salad is comprised of grilled chicken, bacon bits, hard-boiled egg, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and mixed greens with a creamy ranch dressing on the side. I do not usually pour salad dressing on my salad, but instead dip my fork into the salad dressing and then add salad to fork. It is a eating trick I learned about 20 years ago. Salad doused with too much dressing, quickly becomes super unhealthy. It is amazing how many calories are in salad dressing and unhealthy fats. The greens were fresh and crisp. The chicken breast was tender, well-seasoned, and thinly sliced...it might even be mistaken for turkey if you did not taste it first. The different textures and flavors made the Chicken Cobb salad delicious to eat. Service was great...we were greeted as soon as we went up to the cashier and our food was prepared rather quickly. When we lived in Washington state, we rarely could purchase a lunch salad under $15. This salad was priced sub $10, therefore exceeded our expectations. The salad was so large it was big enough for two means, so even a great value. Schlotzsky's interior is eye-catching and colorful. It has a rather whimsical and inviting persona. Also, there is ample free parking. Schlotzsky's is awesome for a quick high-protein salad.
