I love their Burgers and have never left their establishment not satisfied. You can make a meal out just the French Fries!

I live in the Cascades area which is about 10mins from Campcreek but I hardly ever stop to eat anywhere over there, except for Five Guys. I LOVE Five Guys and I've never really had a bad experience eating at a FG location. But this trip to the Campcreek spot really made me smile because this side of town, unfortunately, is not known for its superior customer service or great product. Sorry, but it's true. I walked into the store, and was immediately greeted with great smiles from ALL employees even though they were busy and engrossed in their burger-making. I also noticed how clean and organized the place was. I ordered my burgers and was told it would be right up. Sure enough, it was ready in no time even though the restaurant was fairly full. Everyone was so nice and friendly, it really makes my day to see customer service like that. I didn't eat there but instead took my burger home and found that it was still steaming hot and delicious once I got there. The buns they use are so soft and fresh-tasting. The meat they use tastes like...MEAT...no filler here folks, just good ole red-meat that somehow feels better for you than other burger joints. The toppings are always plentiful, juicy and delicious and can we talk about the fries? The fries they use seem like they were cut off the potato just for you as soon as you placed your order. They are so...yes, I'm going to use this word again, "fresh" that they taste homemade and boy are they yummy! The great thing about ordering fries at Five Guys is that regardless of what size you order, they throw extra into your bag! The first time I tried FG, I ordered a large order of fries and received way more than I could ever eat so I wised up. Now, I only order a small order of fries and smile every time I look into the bag and see those extra hot, only slightly greasy, perfectly salted, delicious fries swimming around in there. YUM! Cool fact about their fries: they have a sign up that tells you what part of the country the fries you're eating that day came from. How cool is that? Thanks FG for the continued great experience. National chain that makes a good burger that can be personalized. Careful with the french fries servings are very large.

The store is clean and the food has been pretty consistent. A few times the fries have been subpar but the last three visits have been great. The customer service is much better than most places in the area. Would rather pay a little more for a gluten free burger with fresh ingredients and kind service. $13.45 for lettuce wrapped burger, fries, and bottled water. read more

I don't think that I've been to a place that has stayed more consistent. My burger is fresh and cooked to order and the staff is, pleasant as well. I love that they don't charge you extra for a variety of toppings that they offer and I'm sure they always throw in some extra fries. The little burger consist of one patty and the regular 2. I have only came here twice. Both times were great. If you're a burger fan as myself I would advise that you come here and try some of their burgers and fries. The burgers can come with any toppings desired and the fries are well made. I recall looking in the kitchen as I walked to their restroom, and saw how well done the fries were being prepared. I can make burgers and fries, however, much better than here. Though, other than eating my own burgers, I would say this place has the best. Excuse my French but, screw the McDonald, Burger Kings, and Wendy's when it comes to meat in between two buns and an almost unlimited choice of toppings. The only con is the price, but you're paying for a top quality, fresh, real steak burger, and real freshly made Idaho potato fries. I also like the unlimited refills. So if you have a deep rainforest pocket full of cash I would point the way of the giant red lettered logo on a brick store, "Five Guys Burgers and Fries" to enjoy some great food. The burgers are very good!! For the price, the toppings better had been free (which it is). The only downside to the resturant is that the regular fries are AWFUL! You ask for a small/medium fry and you get a crap load (equivalent to to a large fry plus a small at McDonald's). It's a great place for a date, but if you get the fry DO NOT get two each; just one! As part of our somewhat half-hearted effort to find the best burger in Atlanta, some friends and I recently tried Five Guys Burgers and Fries. As a chain, Five Guys Burgers and Fries has won numerous accolades, and they're certainly not modest about said awards, as they've adorned their walls with dozens of plaques and magazine clippings to remind you of their achievements. Even while in the restroom, you cannot escape their pride. Is it warranted? The answer is contingent upon your hamburger preference(s). If you are a hamburger purist that enjoys unadulterated ground beef, i.e., beef with little to no seasoning, then you're in luck. But even if you're not a fan of the natural taste of ground beef, ALL OF THE TOPPINGS ARE FREE, and so there are many flavor options to augment your burger. Still, despite the generous toppings policy, the menu itself is basic/no frills fare, which probably cuts down on the preparation & wait time. I'm one of those people that prefer more seasoning in burgers, as opposed to a burger purist, but I still think that the burgers at Five Guys are fairly good. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger "all the way" and Cajun fries. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING TRADITIONAL FRIES because the Cajun fries are über delicious! Furthermore, you and a friend/significant other can share a regular-sized order of fries, so don't bother with the large-sized fries unless you're in a party of at least 3 people. Bottom line: the burger patties themselves are rather insipid considering that they seemingly have little to no seasoning, but each burger has two patties, and all of the free toppings and the Cajun fries will more than make up the flavor difference. Free peanuts are available, but given the considerable portion sizes and quick prep times, you should probably pass. Again, if you prefer the natural/no frills taste of ground beef, this is your place. read more

My favorite Five Guys. Friendly, competent staff, quick service, and consistently great food! I haven't had a bad experience and this is my go-to place for junk food when I've had a bad day or am SUPER hungry. Most of the restaurants around here serve crappy food or have terrible service. Can never go wrong at Five Guys. But what sets this location apart from every other restaurant is an associate named Coral. She took my order while juggling phone calls. Afterwards, she got involved in the kitchen calling out orders making sure everything was prepared properly & quickly. Then while dining, she came around and offered to refill drinks or take away some trash. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She definitely made a lasting impression on me that I will be talking about for years! read more

Over rated to high for that small ass burger

Just left Five Guys in Camp Creek. First time although I've passed it hundreds of times. Food was fresh and absolutely delicious. My only problem was the price. Ridiculously high for a simple meal. I paid $13 for one double cheeseburger and a medium fry no drink, shoots I couldn't afford it. Staff was friendly but talking loud about a personal conversation that I could have done without hearing but overall the place is really good. I'll definitely be returning with my man (so he can pay.) read more

A friend and I went to grab a biurger and fries after a long day of car shopping. Let me,say the food which called $26 was nothing more than Pure Garbage. The burger was not cooked through and filled with grease. The fries were so limp and greasy that the grease soaked through the bag. We tried to eat because we were so hungry..had not eaten all day but we began to feel sick shortly after starting to eat. We threw the remaining food out and left. Worst place every. Placed order online. Picked food up late cuz wasn't ready first off. Then messed up order completely and was nasty bout correcting the situation. While on some work travel I was late getting into ATL airport from the rain and had at least a 30 min trek to my hotel. I was starving and was not going to opt for the airport slop. So I got in my rental car and Yelped for some suggestions in the area. I was very happy to see Five Guys pop up on my screen. The area seems like a new retail shopping area and it was a bit tricky to get to this place in the parking lot, but it was clean, fast, and great service. Im a fan! I have been eating at Five Guys all over the US and have been eating there for years before they became such a name brand joint. I have to say, you will always get a great burger and if you order the fries you will never eat them all alone! I top my burger with Cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard and my favorite A1 sauce! You cant go wrong, dont forget to enjoy the great peanuts for free! read more

After getting bad service at steak and shake in morrow, we drove back to our side of town to get a great burger. 5 guys is the best. They immediately greet you as you walk in, took our order right away and the service was fast. The place is clean and inviting. And did I mention that the burger is great!!! The parking lot is plum nasty as most of the businesses are in the market place areas its just that this one is exceptionally pitiful. This is not a clean establishment. I fell in this restaurant and there has been no assistance from management or corporate. It was not like a puddle of water or soda in the aisles that you could visually see, there was grease. There were no signs or anything to show that you should not walk in this area. Like most companies, these places only care your money. I will never support a company like this again. Corporate is aware and so is the franchise owner and no one has reached out to help. People, you are no different from me. This could have been you or your mother or loved one. Spend your money where they care beyond your wallet. read more

Surprisingly very very very delicious. Definitely worth a visit. Kind of reminds me of Fat Burger in Los Angeles.

We decided to try Five Guys due to my brother's recommendation. We ordered the "Little Cheeseburger" and a side of regular fries. You can choose the toppings for your burger, which comes with mushrooms and onions too. Burger tasted great. You get lots of toppings on your hamburger. I was so happy to get more than just one fresh crunchy pickles and tomatoes. The other fast food chains just gives you one of each and a lot of times, they are not fresh and squishy. The toppings and hamburger meat taste fresh. The meat doesn't taste as fatty as Burger King. Five Guys claim that their meat has no fillers or preservatives. We ordered a regular side of fries and man, did they give us a very generous portion! The fries taste great and are nice and thick, unlike McDonald's. The fries alone could feed four people! They also have complimentary shelled roasted peanuts. The prices may seem a little expensive for a fast food burger restaurant, but you are sure to come out feeling full and know that your food tastes fresher. Definitely a place to try at least once when you are really hungry! read more
