Ambiance was welcoming. Hospitality and service was A1. Hot, fresh ingredients, perfectly proportioned. It's my new burger spot.

Food was good both times I visited. The menu has plenty choices. Service was fast. Not much room to eat in but the decor is awesome.

Friends were meeting here and I was intrigued. Interesting reviews and pictures…read more So decided to get there early and was not disappointed, except for one thing and it was kind of understandable. What I loved... The cute and engaging decor, very bright and colorful. I found a new favorite donut with their gluten-free red velvet. Moist and delicious Their signature dish of the egg on top of the hash browns was yum. Yum. The chunks of potatoes are crispy and the eggs were cooked just right. There was enough hash browns there that I saved some and cooked more eggs the next day at home Although my husband didn't like his scrambled eggs because he says they were as flat and not fluffy. And they were not very busy when we arrived and had additional staff come in as their peak hour approached around 9:00. The gal that was doing it all had to stop and make coffee and I think she rushed it a little bit because it wasn't hot and it was bitter... She gladly warmed it up for me and when she topped it off it wasn't as bitter

It had peppers, onions, jalapeños & some crack sauce. All the flavors, spices & crack sauce just mixed all well together. The crack sauce is mato based. Customer service was good as the cashier answered most of my questions. I would definitely visit HERO again 4

It was kind of early, but the breakfast options didn't sound that enticing to me, so a burger at 8:30 am it was. They had a few ordering kiosks which made it easy to choose my items. I got a double Shack Burger and a side of fries. They were out of shakes, which was fine by me. I don't frequent Shake Shack that often, but I was surprised to see they had several chicken options (chicken nuggets, sandwich, etc.) as well as the breakfast items. My order was done quickly and they called my name when it was done. It was packaged pretty well in a tray and the burger was wrapped. The bag they put the orders in are sturdy! The burger was excellent - super juicy, pretty greasy, seasoned well, and hot. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the cheese was melty. I really loved this burger! The fries on the other hand, were pretty bad. They weren't very fresh and kind of stale. I'd skip them next time but would definitely order another burger.

I'm never optimistic with eating in air ports, but today was an exceptional exception to my past experiences. The Self- Checkout kiosk was smooth, easy to understand and navigate. At first I was a bit frustrated on the wait, but once I realized they were cooking to order and not pulling from a heat drawer or from under a heat lamp, well I changed my preconceived perception. When I pulled my breakfast sandwich (Sausage-Egg-Cheese + Avocado) out of the bag it was visually appealing and showed promise. With my first bite I knew that I made a good decision for breakfast. I enjoyed it from first bite to last. I'd have gone back for seconds, but that would have been too much of a break from my diet. I'll have to remember Shake Shack for my future dining needs.

Scrolling through the options, I added all I wanted. I added on my fries, paid and waited to the side for my order to be completed. As I was waiting for my food to be finished one of the employees called me to the counter. To my dismay the location was out of vegan cheese. As the vegan cheese cost extra and there was nothing cheese wise that I could swap it out with I was just out of luck. The employee was very nice even though there was nothing she could really do for me. She broke the news to me gently and was very apologetic. Once my order was ready I was on my way. The presentation was beautiful and the flavor profile of the food was amazing. The fixings were fresh and the burger bun was soft and warm. Though I needed the cheese to really take it to the next level, it was a good meal and I would order it again. However, I will ask if vegan cheese is in stock before placing my order.

You order at the bar, they give you a number to put on your table and try to find you. We came here with friends prior to a movie over at the new Trilith Cinema. It was a beautiful day with cool weather and a breeze, and the rooftop was open and it was a complete delight. They have an odd way of doing their service on the rooftop, in that everything is ordered from the bar, then delivered. They give you a number and then they bring it to you. Why don't you get the hang of it? It's not a problem and it probably makes sense when it's much busier, as I'm sure it is later in the night. They do have a wine list but it's not published on any QR code or menu, which actually doesn't matter when you got to go to the bar to order it. Anyway you just ask. They have different beers at the rooftop than down on the main floor, A few common faves but all of the Craft beers are unique to the rooftop. They also have a limited selection of the menu, mostly burgers, couple salads and some appetizers. Took a lot of pictures... Some feedback. The burgers looked awesome. I loved my falafel Burger. The deal that they got with a beer included with Burger and a side for $18 was a winner. The brussel sprouts are straight up, roasted and lightly seasoned. In both counts, the garden salad is too doused with the oil so the lettuce is limp. Drinks are made appropriately. And we will likely be back.

Review update: Me and my wife go here whenever we are on this side of town! I like this place…read morebecause they have great food, great drinks, and great customer service. Let me talk about the service. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with our seating outside because it was a little chilly. They moved us to a table with a nice heater. They checked on us frequently and more than one server came to the table to see how we were doing. It seemed like all the staff were really working together well, and just concerned about the customer experience. It really shows when the staff at a restaurant exhibit true southern hospitality. Most restaurants it seems, have reduced in quality of table service since the pandemic and it's refreshing to have a great service experience. This time me and my wife just ordered the fried green tomatoes and some drinks as we had recently eaten. We enjoyed the appetizer and our drinks. We have consistently had good service and food over the years, which is why we often tip them more than the customary amounts. In a world where good service and food are hard to come by, this spot is a gem!

Their buffalo cauliflower wings are surprisingly addictive, and the Reuben sandwich is huge and packed with flavor. Honestly, any sandwich here paired with their crispy tots is a guaranteed win. The portions are generous, which makes sharing (or leftovers) a bonus. If you're looking for something lighter, the ahi tuna is outstanding -- so flavorful I catch myself thinking about it later. The fried green tomatoes, wings, and steaks are also incredible, and don't skip the mashed potatoes or roasted Brussels sprouts. They also have a great cocktail menu -- especially in the fall when they offer an apple cider margarita with a brown sugar rim that is absolutely delightful. The patio is a gem -- cozy and heated during the cold months, with fans blowing to keep things cool in the summer. Great ambiance, easy to get your party settled, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Just note they're closed Sundays and possibly Mondays, so plan accordingly -- but whenever you go, Palmer's never misses. Highly recommend!
