Five Guys receipt.

Regan National Airport location. Hamna seemed attentive when I was ordering a meal for my flight but I was very disappointed when I was able to eat. I asked for extra crispy fries and received fries that weren't even cooked to FG minimum standards. Soggy and saggy. Now I know why I got my order prior to two customers that ordered BEFORE me got theirs. I am going to be traveling in and out of DC and will avoid this location in the future.

It was delicious!

Hot- served perfect! Great flavor quick service - and they are getting a new location in DCA!

The best part of my DCA airport experience was finding out, they serve burgers at 6AM! I had never known of a 5 Guys open for breakfast so I was a bit surprised. The staff were quick and friendly, and the working area appeared clean. Yum! #breakfastofchampions

Everyone have eaten a burger from this guys at some point in their life but did you know they also have a breakfast menu? With that been said... I went there for breakfast and ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich and an order of French fries. Food was made to order and it was very tasty, they use the burger's bread for the sandwiches so it's a pretty great egg sandwich with melted cheese! The staff is friendly and the wait is minimum. All your condiments are set on a table right outside the restaurant. They also have milkshakes and a few options for soft beverages.

Located inside the Ronald Reagan Airport. I was craving five guys fries and I was happy to see that they had one at the airport. I ordered them and the guys working here were so nice. The fries were good as usual ;)

Always my last meal on a trip to D.C. This franchise is located right next to my gate. So heavenly and so convenient.

You can't visit DC and not visit Ben's! Came to try a dog and the chili - I opted for the…read morevegetarian/ vegan option and some banana pudding. My sister in law got the turkey dog and chili with fries and a cup of cheese. My brother got the original spicy chili. We unanimously agreed that the food was delicious. The service was good and the ambiance was fire. They answered our questions and didn't rush us - we felt welcomed. An extra plus is all the space/ seating they gave, the walls full of photos and their accolades and the mural outside. If you're in the area, visit Ben's - especially this location as it's the original.

The photos on the walls? Wow! This original location DC staple has been on my husband's "I gotta do…read morethis" list for years...so on our way to Richmond we took a detour to DC to eat at the World famous Ben's Chili Bowl! What did we have? Why the Original Half Smoke of course! Lucky for us, it was a random weekday and there wasn't a line waiting to get in. Upon entering this diner you can feel the nostalgia, but let's just say the employees aren't the most welcoming (it could have been an off day). The restrooms definitely need a bit more care (at least keep the paper towels restocked), but other than that, the seat yourself eatery wasn't too bad. The link didn't disappoint! The flavor has the perfect combination of seasonings and the chili and onions on top paired perfectly. If this place has been on your list, definitely take the opportunity to support this local business and put a check in the I Did It column!

It was not busy which surprises me because it is so good. Lots of TVs all on different channels. I got the cheeseburger with blue cheese, extra lettuce, and done medium. My friend also got a burger. We also ordered the cheesesteak (without peppers) out of curiosity. The burger was nearly perfect (cheese wasn't evenly distributed). It had a lot of meat and cheese and lettuce. And the fries delicious; Crunchy and thin but not too thin. Here is the crazy part- the cheesesteak was awesome! Didn't see that coming at all! Wow. The cheese was evenly distributed throughout the meet. Roll perfect fresh and chewiness. OMG- so happy I made this discovery. My waistline may never be the same.

Neither comes with a side so we ordered a side of onion rings. The onion rings were really bad. For all the competition in the area the prices were way too high. For two sandwich's, single order of onions rings and Diet Coke plus 15% tip the bill cake to $58.99. I would be shocked if this restaurant stays in business long term. You can go to nicer spots like Brass Rabbit to Nettie's Tavern for much less.

The Crystal City location ended up being an expensive curiosity. $22.56 for a single-patty bacon cheeseburger, small fries and a fountain soda. My order turned out to be a case of opposites. The first thing I noticed was that the nearly $10 burger was shockingly small, the patty so skinny. The cheese on the burger had not been melted and they used iceberg lettuce. The bun was dry and it fell apart before I was finished. But the "small" fries turned out to be a whole sack of fries. But before you say yay, these fries were oily and limp and I could only eat some of them. It's a build your own burger emporium. The toppings list showed only fried onions and so I asked if they had fresh onion. The cashier didn't know what fresh onion was, but did know what raw onion was. I wanted to try the onion rings, but had the sense to ask if they were beer-battered. When she told me they were, I took a hard pass. No Coke products were available, only Pepsi. That's never a good thing. And why did my receipt show the business name as "Maman Joon"? I wouldn't say the burger was bad, but considering the not great fries with too high prices (including a $2.24 service and packaging fee) and a stark and uninviting ambience, I can't give more than two stars.
