Good food, quick service and friendly staff. The fries were a little over cooked, but still already.

I have to update my review because my experience yesterday was far better than the last one I had here. Rude chick either doesn't work there anymore or wasn't working. The guy who handed me my food, was actually polite and told me to have a nice day. Everything about yesterday is how service should be. I get it, I've worked with the public. It sucks sometimes but you still can't be blatantly rude. You have to be patient and polite, like it or not. Aside from the friendly service my kids and I received yesterday, our food was really good. One problem was one of their pop machines were down. It seems like those kind with 548 flavors in them are down everywhere, frequently. Maybe go back to the good old fashioned ones? read more

Pretty bad as far as Five Guys go. Took forever getting our orders out (but had no problem with Doordash orders) and screwed up all four of our meals. One hot dog was ordered with everything on it and was served plain. read more

Chain burger joint with a large selection of additional toppings. The burgers are large and on the more expensive side for sure, I wouldn't recommend it if you're a plain burger guy. I love 5 guys! The burgers are great and the fries are absolutely amazing! If you phone in or online order, your food will be ready for yu when you get there and they don't add the fries till you get there (nothing worse than cold fries!). The employees at the Allen Park location are really friendly, more so than usual fast food places. Greektown location is a pain in the ass, wish they'd come up with some sort of parking for folks who are just picking up food, not dumb tourists or casino folks... One of the things I like best about 5 guys is that they don't skimp on the fries. If you order a regular size, it's totally enough to feed 2 people! read more

Great tasting burgers and fries. Friendly workers and quick service. They give you plenty of fries so if you order a little fry you won't be disappointed. Five Guys is a totally legit burger place that can definitely hold a candle to other gourmet burger restaurants. Their online ordering feature is one of the best I've ever seen. It's very simple to use. I was also amazed that all the toppings were unlimited, including things like grilled onions and grilled mushrooms, which normally would cost extra at most other places, even if you order an extra portion of the toppings. Another thing that had impressed me was that all milkshakes and fries are made only when the customer arrives to ensure freshness. The giant boxes of peanuts for you to munch on while you wait is also a nice touch. Overall, I loved my experience at Five Guys. I would say the only thing that can help make this review a 5 star is for them to start offering other meats like bison or lamb and item like fried egg. I'd gladly pay extra for those options. Had to wait 20minutes for two hamburgers! They weren't busy. Ordered extra pickles, got 4. Tomato slice was a half piece. Took food home , and, found out the patties were burnt! Feed it to the dog. Wow the service was amazing from the time we walked in. Everyone down to the person handing me my Mayo was super polite, all telling me to "have a great day!" I appreciate the friendliness. All too often I get terrible service. Very good job to the staff here at the Allen park five guys. read more

Mmmmmhmmmmm this is a tasty burger. Five guys always have to seem great fresh burgers . I like that you can load it up with what ever toppings you want at no extra charge. What's really awesome is the fries. Fresh cut real potatoes and one of the few places that still have malt vinager, which reminds me of the fries you would get at the fair when I was a kid. Burgers are fabulous. The meat is quality beef. Atmosphere is very nice and inviting, staff is quick and friendly. Love it.

"Ok, So I'm giving it 5 stars but its kind of a toss up because it depending on who is working. Whenever I want a great burger and fries this is my go-to place and the fry cook JOE M. is "on point". I'm writing this review because too often we criticize based on a bad experience and I prefer to "SHOUT OUT" to people who I see have amazing work ethics. During my visit he was very efficient and when he wasn't cranking out fries he was assisting in the prep of the burgers, but the main point was no matter how busy it got when he had a free moment he would clean off his work station. The team that worked that day, worked like a well oiled machine, no matter how busy it got they got the orders out fast. However it isn't always like that and my recent visit would be that example. Five Guys we love you guys, sometimes I am too tired to cook. The guys and gals make a fresh hot burger and are always mindful of my allergy request. The food is amazing here !! The reputation of this place out of state is fabulous. However, the restaurant was dirty with garbage on the floor, tables were dirty, and no ketchup in the container. It's Mother's Day! A worker walked around and said happy Mother's Day to the mothers! Nice touch. read more

Burgers were typical of Five Guys but they worked as though there were only 3 guys there. Very, very slow. It wasn't as if there were a lot of people there but it took forever to get my order. Workers need to focus on tasks at hand and leave the social stuff for later. Not worth the wait. read more

Good food and I go every couple of weeks. Cashiers needs more training so watch your bill and change.
