What frustrated me the most was the management. I asked to speak with the manager because there had been a mistake with my order and I simply wanted to explain what happened and make a suggestion. The manager never came out to speak with me or address my concern. Instead, I was left trying to communicate with employees who either did not understand what I was saying or were unable to help. The owners of Park Side should pay much closer attention to the professionalism, training, communication skills, and especially the management of the staff representing their restaurant. Good food alone is not enough when the service makes the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. My advice: simply DO NOT GO ON A SUNDAY. It was chaotic, poorly managed, and honestly a disaster.
