Between my elderly mother's bed & bath linen, her fave nightgowns and my comfortable caregiver duds, we were a couple weeks behind w/laundry about to go into week three. The freezing temps had also eliminated local laundromats as an option; too cold for Mom and I could not leave her home alone. In my search for alternatives, I discovered TLC laundry serviced my area. My experience w/TLC Laundry was my first time using a Pick up-wash/dry/fold-Deliver service ever and they did not disappoint! Pick up wash and dry delivery everything was completed in 24 hours. The online order form was user friendly and communication was prompt and super helpful! My interaction with Dennis in person and via text was both personable and professional. The convenience and the service was worth the cost. Try them out you won't be disappointed!

A short drive is 75 cents, and they're reselling dollar store items for $6! I expected fair pricing, but this feels like gouging. The owner is selfish and greedy. I mean come on the entrance store is been broke since eight months ago and we have the man reopen it and close it. It used to be automatic. You can't even invest the money to get that thing fixed all these prices of detergent and bags and everything. It's just ridiculous. I mean they have a Safeway right now store. I encourage everybody to go there and shop. Please don't buy your items here. I'll like the old owners this guy he cares about money.

I usually park in the rear, where plenty of parking awaits. Be mindful of the obscure entrance in the rear. You may need to dodge incoming traffic as you park. The washing machines are card (plastic), and the dryers are coin only. There are options if you arrive without cash. There's an ATM and bill changing station. You will be covered if you have a bank account with funds available. There are washing machines capable of loads ranging from 20lbs to 135lbs; the dryers have two roomy sizes you can choose. If you divide your load across a few, you'll never run out of options. You will never have a hard time finding a laundry cart. The staff does a great job lining the available carts along the outside wall. All in all, I have no complaints. I will return.

I found this place online and went on Saturday around noon. I assumed it would be really busy but it wasn't. There were plenty of rolling laundry bins available and ample open washers and dryers. The mega load washers were $8.75. I used the change machine to get quarters but they also have an app you can download that allows you to pay using your credit card. It took me about an hour and a half to wash and dry 3 loads. I found both the washers and dryers to be sufficient. I personally add laundry sanitizer to my wash as well. There was one onsite attendant who seemed to be handling laundry service for a client. They also have free wifi, children books, a restroom, vending machine and laundry soap for purchase. Parking was fine with designated parking spots in front of the facility. Overall, this was a great experience and the washer and dryer decisions were easy to understand.

Armed with some Woolite, I discussed with Jefferson (the owner/manager?) and another customer the options for cleaning. I appreciated that Jefferson even provided suggestions that didn't even involve spending money with him. In any event, decided to use a large washer with good success. Jefferson then helped me with the dryer, suggesting temperatures, and even helped me to fold the long runner and he carried it to my car. Honestly, it's hard to get excited about a laundromat, however, it is easy to get excited about good customer service and this laundry had it to spare. In the even that I have to wash something again that won't fit in my home washer, Patterson Park will be my go to place. Tip: Jefferson said try to avoid the madhouse on the weekends!

BEWARE: No Hot Water and No Warning to Customers…read more Very dissatisfied with my experience at Bubble City Laundromat. Today at approximately 3:30 a.m., I paid to use a washing machine and selected the hot-water setting because the laundry I was washing needed to be cleaned in hot water for sanitary reasons. However, every time I selected hot water, the machine automatically reverted to cold water. As a result, my laundry was washed in cold water despite my paying for a machine that offered a hot-water option. After speaking with the attendant, Keisha, I was informed that management is aware that there is no hot water available during nighttime hours. I also personally observed that there appeared to be no hot water available anywhere on the premises, including in the restroom sink. What makes this especially frustrating is that there were no signs posted anywhere informing customers that hot water was unavailable. There was no notice on the machine, no notice at the payment station, and no notice in the laundromat. Customers do not find out until after they have already loaded money onto their card and started a wash cycle. Had I known there was no hot water available, I would not have spent my money there. I believe customers deserve to know what services are actually available before paying for them. I am requesting a full refund of the money I spent and a full refund of the funds I loaded onto my laundry card during this visit. At a minimum, the laundromat should clearly post signs informing customers whenever hot water is unavailable. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers can make informed decisions before spending their money.
