Fortunately I was able to make due with an updated version of the same, same brand I was looking for, but just for a little more money. I picked it up and went on my way. The store seemed good sized with a garage and a parking lot out front where Tesla electric car stations lined one side. Not sure what else besides the Target is located at The Shoppes at Page Pointe, cause I didn't head any further in.

As a 41-year-old woman, so was I! The woman working they are welcomed us right away and paid a lot of attention to us. She let my kids know that the hot air balloons that are hanging from the ceiling actually deliver twice each day. We were all in awe. Of course we got to try samples of the ice cream while we walked around amazed by the store. It used to be a bank and they have the bank vault displayed as the Lego vault where all of the Lego toys are. My son was fascinated by the hot wheels section and my daughter loved the let's pretend, dress up section in the back and the Barbie wall. We left with a bunch of toys and a great story for everyone. Of course we had to go back and take our nephew and get more toys. We were only in Plymouth for a few days and we went to the store twice. Our kids are still talking about it! They have everything from clothing to beauty supplies, accessories, linens and more. The employees are always friendly and they always smile and greet you as you enter. All of the items are always neatly organized either on shelving or clothing racks. The dressing rooms are always well kept up without any excess clothing thrown about. The prices are great and you can get a good bang for your buck here.

My issues with the stores are the unpleasant staff and the return policy. The return policy: If you have a receipt and the item is unopened, is straightforward. If you have opened the box and the item does not have a manufacturer defect, then they will not accept the item back. Opening the item makes it unable to be resold. Only with a manufacturer defect will they take an open item back for a refund. So, if your child does not like the toy or you just are not happy with your choice, you are out of luck. I hate to say it, do your research and purchase the item somewhere that has a less restrictive return policy even if slightly more expensive. Not having the hassle of dealing with The Learning Express will be worth it in the end.

I will never purchase on line from this store again. I placed an order on 12/30/24 and after almost…read morea week it had still not shipped. I had to call to find out why not and was told that USPS had failed to pick up the shipment. I guess they just keep waiting for them to come instead of making sure a customer order gets shipped. Then after it finally shipped it sat in a carrier facility where it still remains. Now they are telling me that I have to wait 2-3 weeks before they will consider it lost. Meanwhile they have my money and I have no merchandise and if it ever arrives I will have no use for it because it will have arrived too late to gift. No one should be told that they have to wait 37 days to fix an obvious problem. Very poor customer service.
