Who knows how long they were sitting here before the two people left. Oh here goes 3rd person leaving. Why do you have a pick up when you don't bring orders out? Why even offer it. These orders don't take that long to get and bring out, Target does it and they have an expectation and toke frame to get out which keeps them motivated. Here they say f it we don't care. Ever since the original owner of Walmart passed away they have been in scandal after scandal and lessen their care for customers. If they don't want to have drive up then they should shut it off bit pure people in here on false advertisement, which is a literal lie, anyone who's got an education in business knows that one. It is illegal too. Their values, norms, and virtues lack. Their vm is a Christmas message from Christmas of 2025 about how they won't be open for Christmas lol and then makes you leave a VM. Appalling I just called their CS and they say oh yeah it's just a little girl back there alone. Wth you mean the entirety of that store is well aware that they don't have enough staff that they are not sending anybody else to go and help her. Anybody in that store can do that job. How do managers keep jobs when they don't even care about the store. She isn't alone and slow she hasn't come anyone an order in almost an hour now

I got a gorgeous red satiny print overnight bag (w/ concealed wheels) and a handle, along w/ many Christmas treats at great prices of course. I don't know why Burlington doesn't have their own store credit card but that's okay. I'm looking forward to going back this week! This place is just overall fun to peruse.
