I found an item I liked that said it was part of a set but one of the pieces was missing, I proceeded to the register to pay and asked if the price would be different since half of it was missing and a nearby worker assured me it would. however the cashier I got refused to answer me when I asked her about it several times and did not adjust the price. she was very unfriendly and merely stared at me until I payed and left.... later on I went to Slidell location and was double charged for a shirt I bought for my husband that I didn't notice until I got home. I called the store to verify if I needed to come all the way back to Slidell to correct this and was told I could go to any location as long as I brought the items and reciept with me. After going to mandeville location earlier and having issues I didn't really want to return there but it's so much closer to my home so I did anyways. upon entry I asked a woman that was by the door if i was in the right place for this and she very gruffly said ' there's one line for everything' after ignoring my attempts to get her attention for several minutes. after waiting in line and getting to the register I noticed she had been watching me with a sour expression on her face the whole time I was in line. and once I got the the register she was glaring at me and rushed over to stop the employees from helping me with my refund. Having realized she was the manager I asked why she stopped them and was told they need to see the digital reciept ... I had already given the paper one and the items and asked why and was told that she needed to see the cameras before issuing the refund. she was incredibly rude about this whole process and completely unprofessional! she was scolding employees in font of customers and you could tell they were so uncomfortable!! they were just doing their job! it's so sad to see workers treated so badly and that the company doesn't care enough to get management that cares about the customers at all! I will also note that the woman in front of me in line had a similar issue and this terrible woman didn't even glance her way! I was merely singled out because I asked her if i was in the right line! will not be returning!!

Who would have imagined that I would be a fan of this store?…read more I remember my mom bringing me to these stores when I was a little kid. I don't remember much other than it was lots of junk that I had no use for. These days the store is a bargain hunter's dream. I was able to come to this store and do most of my Christmas shopping. I bought gifts for kids ranging from infant to eight, gifts for adults and a couple of home decor items. Despite the large quantity of items, my bill was very reasonable. Here are some of the items you should come for: Stuffed animals - Webkins for $2 Kid toys - $20 for items that are $40-50 at other stores Small electronics - If you have an older Iphone, they had a boatload of accessories. Furniture - Desks and small couches Home decor - Expensive looking mirrors and other decorative items. The store was packed, but the lines to pay moved smoothly. I can't believe it took me this long to go back. If you're looking for a deal, check out Tuesday Morning.

The parking lot is a bit tricky to get in and out of. And parking is at a premium in this small shopping strip. I was a little surprised that in upscale Mandeville this shop is looking a little tired, even more so than my usual location on Airline. But they did have lamps galore...the only one that really tempted me was a robin's egg blue lamp and the brand? From the Olsen twins! How crazy is that? Ultimately I realized the base was a bit too large for what I want. Tuesday Morning where you go to learn that the girls from full house have a housewares collection.

But the most frustrating part was finding the needed gift items, then the cashier got distracted and put one of the items aside, and didn't ring it up. Now I have an incomplete towel set that I have to drive all the way back to Covington this week in hopes that its match is still there (or return the one I did get). After an hour of searching, I got home only to find out the entire trip was wasted. Ugh.

I asked what is going on because she left the register and was fighting to peel it off while the manager was looking at her, She said it was the wrong price tag that their customer/s intentionally put there to switch prices. It took her a couple of minutes to do it, I can't imagine how good their customers are that they can peel it from one tag to another (and none of their employees notice it ??) just to leave it for another customer to pick up. Store employees has no accountability. What if it's one of their employees put it there by mistake or intentionally? They have a camera and they can always check it. According to her, some of their customers do that like it is a normal thing in their store. I've never had that kind of experience in any other stores and never heard of that before. They did not know how to handle the situation gracefully. Not even apologetic. It was rude. There was also an incident before that their employee in charge of the fitting room asked a customer to go back inside the fitting room to get the hanger/s for her. Ross' employees next door are more polite and respectful of their customers. They seem happier too.

They usually have a good selection of jeans, dress pants, jackets and shirts in modern styles. Since it is winter they had stylish leather jackets and sweaters on display today. The shirts they had for sale were not my style, but they did seem to be of good quality and were reasonably priced. Because it is close to Christmas, this store was packed. The staff seemed friendly despite the overwhelming amount of customers.

The salon was very clean. There were several stylist available and they seem very slow with business. Tasia, was a nice soul. I enjoyed our conversation. She really enjoys doing sew-in's and I never wear weaves. She wasn't too enthusiastic about doing my hair. It's very thick and I have a curl pattern between 4b-c. However, she tackled and actually the final product was beautiful, my husband loved it. During the blow-drying stage, she was very rough with my hair, I got scared that she wasn't handling my hair properly which caused more of my hair to shed than normal. So we took a break. The tip I gave is that she would find a better blow drying technique that would put less stress on the hair. Perhaps, part the hair in four sections and blow dry section by section. Will I be visiting her again, probably not because I can't afford to have as much stress on my hair with all the pulling and tugging she did. But, but, but if you are a natural with curls in the 3's or 4a pattern, or love weaves, I believe you will will enjoy the entire experience. Tasia is a newbie with only 2 years of styling under her belt so I'm sure she will caterpillar into a wonderful and creative butterfly of a stylist.
