Immediately I noticed how much more spacious this layout was in comparison to other shoe dept stores in town. There is a large clearance section that included a variety of sizes for men , women and children. Lots of comfortable seating available throughout the store . The staff here is friendly and readily available to provide assistance if needed- they checked on me several times while I browsed the aisles. I didn't buy anything but I will visit this store again . They have a reasonably priced inventory and something for all ages!

Now onto the reason for no five stars- I asked four different people for help with various things. First- Katura (Hope I spell that right), was sweet and went out of her way to make sure I got help I needed on register. Second- the short blonde girl at Starbucks (I've mentioned her before in a different post, her name is Merideth) was still amazing and so cheerful it made me happy just to interact with her. Third- the tall black young man at Starbucks wouldn't stop mumbling behind the blonde girl's back. I don't know if it was threats or he was on his phone (he had an AirPod in his ear), but it definitely made me uncomfortable, not only for myself, but for her as well. Fourth- the short blonde woman who was pushing an employee cart was incredibly rude. I asked where to find a product, and she just replied in a very rude manner "it's over there" and vaguely pointed in the direction I had just come from. Winn Dixie Deli is pretty solid if you are looking for a cheap, hot meal ; especially if you are grocery shopping and don't want to cook once you get home! Despite this location not being one of the remodeled ones it still was well stocked , clean and easy to get in and out of! Most importantly, the service didn't miss a beat! I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this pharmacy. I was given a prescription…read morebag with my name and information on it, but inside was a medication bottle with someone else's name and prescription. This is a serious safety and privacy issue. When I returned to get my correct medication, I was met with a dismissive attitude instead of accountability. I was asked "what are you looking for?" as if the error was my responsibility to sort out. It turned out my medication had been placed in someone else's bag. The interaction ended with my medication being handed to me without apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Medication errors are not minor inconveniences , they can be dangerous. I strongly encourage others to open their prescription bags before leaving to ensure they have the correct medication. I have contacted corporate regarding this issue and hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to someone else.
