I've never had a problem with Lowe's until now…read more I would discourage anyone from buying cabinets from Lowe's. They have lied to me through the entire process. An associate in cabinets told me the cabinets should be installed in about 2-3 weeks. It's been 5 weeks and my cabinets have not been installed. I'm currently waiting on a replacement cabinet that was measured incorrectly. They could have at least installed the rest of the cabinets so I could get my kitchen back. Part of the cabinets (the section with our kitchen sink) were removed 3 weeks ago. The latest email i got from Lowe's shows it will be a little over a month before I get my replacement cabinet section. When I called the installation associate, she told me the cabinet has not been constructed yet. So either she's lying or the email I got from Lowe's has lied.

Some were pretty, but felt like a very thin pillow once I actually sat down. Not very supportive, and you can feel the woodwork. Every time I came here, I never experienced overly pushy nor completely negligent salespeople. They always seemed to be just the right amount of helpful but not annoying either lol.
