Days go by and the tracking still says UPS is waiting for the package. I reach out and I am told that they will reach out to UPS. Another day goes by so I reach out again for an update (you would think they would reach out to me if they really called UPS). I ask for an update and i am told "Hi! Yes. The issue was the product sold out before we could ship :( We are issuing you a refund today." DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. Why say you will call UPS if it already sold out? Plus, why let me complete the purchase if it was already sold out? I was given a tracking number 5 DAYS after my order was placed confirming it was shipped out. I have had another friend experience a situation where the item actually did sell out where she placed the order and then she was automatically refunded WITHOUT getting a tracking number. Be careful shopping here. This situation will have me not shopping here anymore. VERY sketchy. I know I was not told the real reason. Probably gave away my item yet I already claimed it will my order. If an order is placed and you are reviewing that order and see it is sold out you should contact the buyer and not provide a tracking number. Not wait for the buyer to contact you.

I want to put that disclaimer out there. During my recent visit, I did see some dresses in the rack that had some rips. Really visible ones and it was shocking. They were on a sale rack but they were visibly and terribly damaged. When we were in the store, no one greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance. I felt a little bothered by this as it did not seem on brand. We were in the store for about an hour and 15 minutes most recently. It may have been that it was about an hour before closing. When the location was closing, the person was very kind on the intercom and it was so nice. I remember being in Saks 5th Avenue a couple of years ago and they were yelling at customers to get out. The kind goodbye without feeling rushed felt like nice hospitality that would make one want to return to shop. Please note this location is on the second floor and an escalator or elevator is offered to arrive on the second level.

The bins to peruse are just a hodge podge of odds and ends that may or may not be useful to you. Today I found a weighted heating pad, scale with BMI calculator, and a Belief cosmetics set. Sometimes you get lucky, other times you don't.

I saw so much stuff in the kitchen section, and I priced a rice cooker so that I can start cooking my Quinoa. I was going to order one from the huge "A." Now I don't have to! I saw Clothes for men, women, boys, and girls. Ugly sweaters, festive sweaters, and regular sweaters. I saw a warming blanket that I am interested in. I am like a kid in a candy store. You heard me? I realize you all may have been there but let give praises, I am excited.... LOL. This place reminds me of Bed, Bath, and Beyond combine with Kmart, JCPenney, and Cuisinart, merged as one unit. She went above and beyond to tend to us. She could have directed us to the pickup area and called it a day. Instead, she asked all of the correct information needed causing her to be able to retrieve the package for pick up. What resonated with me was the representative setting aside what she was doing to tend to our needs. She aced the four levels of customer service. 1. Unsatisfactory- satisfied 2.
