I was impressed that the clothes, beauty products, and other sections were tidy, making it quick and easy to find the products I went in for. I walked away with a new beauty product, the Glass Skin Snail Cream and decided to grab some snacks to try: * Little Lad's Spicy Dill Pickle Popcorn * CauliPuffs Vegan Puffed Snack (Salt & Pepper) * Nutty Fruity Dubai Chocolate Pralines (Milk chocolate filled with pistachio and crunchy Kadayif, individually wrapped, as pictured). The chocolate pralines were a unique and delicious find! (See photos for the snacks and beauty product!) The checkout was quick and the staff were nice throughout the store. All items were a great value for the quality of the products! The combination of amazing organization, full stock, efficient service, and friendly atmosphere makes this Marshall's a pleasure to shop at. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

I noticed a lot of the women's shoes that are on the shelves as of July 2026 are made of man made leather and not many leather options. I know it depends on the time of year but I found this to be quite disappointing especially when a lot of the shoes are $49 and up. With any Nordstrom Rack the inventory can change weekly. I want to put that disclaimer out there. During my recent visit, I did see some dresses in the rack that had some rips. Really visible ones and it was shocking. They were on a sale rack but they were visibly and terribly damaged. When we were in the store, no one greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance. I felt a little bothered by this as it did not seem on brand. We were in the store for about an hour and 15 minutes most recently. It may have been that it was about an hour before closing. When the location was closing, the person was very kind on the intercom and it was so nice. I remember being in Saks 5th Avenue a couple of years ago and they were yelling at customers to get out. The kind goodbye without feeling rushed felt like nice hospitality that would make one want to return to shop. Please note this location is on the second floor and an escalator or elevator is offered to arrive on the second level.

The store has strong inventory of brand-name shoes and designer handbags. Unlike some discount stores, the clearance racks still feature recognizable high-end brands. It operates like a treasure hunt, meaning if you see something you like in your size, you should grab it immediately. The store is relatively well-organized. The fitting rooms offer great lighting and the parking is usually ample, except on peak holiday or weekend afternoons. I commend floor staff for being kind and helpful. However, I have noted that limited open registers can result in slow or backed-up lines during the weekends.

The first and last time I went to a KOHL's was in Portchester NY around 2018, really quick in and out, no time to blink, that is how fast I was in and out of there. There is a huge parking lot with regular parking, handicap parking, and maybe a couple spots for pick up. Walking inside this KOHL'S in Levittown I am blown away. Absolute exhilarated! Mouth drooped open, mesmerized, giddy...you get the message. I am so shocked at all the fine quality of product, I mean, house wear to personal gear. (that rhyme was for the poets). I saw so much stuff in the kitchen section, and I priced a rice cooker so that I can start cooking my Quinoa. I was going to order one from the huge "A." Now I don't have to! I saw Clothes for men, women, boys, and girls. Ugly sweaters, festive sweaters, and regular sweaters. I saw a warming blanket that I am interested in. I am like a kid in a candy store. You heard me? I can't wait to come back with extra time to shop because time did not permit today. My plus one came to pick something up and the representative was so helpful. She went above and beyond to tend to us. She could have directed us to the pickup area and called it a day. Instead, she asked all of the correct information needed causing her to be able to retrieve the package for pick up. What resonated with me was the representative setting aside what she was doing to tend to our needs. She aced the four levels of customer service. 1. Unsatisfactory- satisfied 2.
