I usually keep all of my receipts but unfortunately in my situation I had lost several of my receipts for several different separate purchases and had no way out of it but to return for store credit. I now found myself in a situation of that nightmare customer that would make the transaction that more complicated for the associate behind the register. JB took care of my returns and he was patient, kind, and professional at all times and he made my returns run smoothly and quickly. I don't ever leave reviews but I felt that I needed to give this young man validation for his amazing costumer service. The store location was on Elston Plaza. Thank you JB for making my shopping experience wonderful.

Even though the Corporate policy is "Non-receipted returns, accompanied by a photo ID (driver's license, state issued non-driver ID, passport, or military ID) and returns after 60 days will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price." Apparently this store doesn't believe in following company policy and make their own rules. They insist that a receipt or loyalty number to look up the receipt is required. They will not return without a receipt and issue store merchandise. This is the only store that I had the issue with on 3 different occasions. Cashiers always have horrible attitude as if you are bothering them.

Before…read morewe moved into our house, most of my trips were for small things like resistance bands and hand weights. Now that we have a basement, we decided to turn part of it into a workout space. We have low ceilings, so we couldn't buy our cage from them, but picked up weight plates, a bench, dumbbells and bars. Ken helped us pick everything and was very nice. Recently, we visited their new space to pick up a Bosu ball; it's probably been over a year since our last visit, but Ken remembered us. I use our equipment pretty regularly and have been happy with the quality. When we decide to pick up additional gym equipment, this is our first stop.

Clothes are sorted by style (shirts, dresses, whatever) but not size so you have to dig. Downstairs are all the housewares (I managed with my cane, but did not see an elevator so this is not the most accessible space). Holiday items were in three different sections, so keep looking if you don't find something because it might still be somewhere else. It also definitely has the old-school thrift store disinfectant smell that takes me back to thrifting in the '90s. Overall: Cheap, cheap, cheap! But alott yourself a good amount of time to search because of the lack of organization.

I was honestly overwhelmed by the selection, and the aisles can feel a bit claustrophobic. However, if you're willing to hunker down and search for some treasure for a few hours, this location is for you! Their basement seems like a great place to hunt for toys and other such things if you're into secondhand trinkets for kids. If you're looking for seasonal clothes, the main floor is full of them. Pretty standard organizing of item type, size and color. There's a pretty wide range of stock and style, so take your time! I wasn't super lucky in my hunt, but I also didn't have a ton of time to search. I would say to set aside a few hours, and this would be a great place to look around. (Prices are a little high for a few brands and items, so be careful to check.)

This location now has a bigger balloon section in addition to a bigger section for crafts. They even have more more floral items for crafting and lots of vases. I have been a fan of Dollar Tree for over a decade now and I'm so happy that this one is now reopened.
