I had to walk through the entire store to find it. I found three or four places where I was certain I would find the tape, only to be thwarted by the organizers. She was the only one working and had a line, her register quit working. She did not miss a beat. She ran to another register and started again. She was fast, efficient, polite and she was answering the store phone. That's how I know her name. She ran out of bags and grabbed more. Another employee did come up, but didn't help her. Instead she walked into the office and was hopefully calling for help. She was on a phone. Courtney needs a better employer.
