Hi, I've been a customer of Bryan Furniture for the last 4 years. I normally don't write many…read morereviews, but I had to acknowledge the great customer service at this furniture store. I bought a large sofa that had 3 recliners, and 2 additional seats in it. I bought this sofa for great price over 2 years ago. I've enjoyed the sofa very much, but recently one of the mechanisms in one of the recliners broke making it hard to open and close. I called Bryan Furniture to just see if I could replace the one recliner, since the sectional came in three parts. Joe, a friendly and knowledgable salesman called the manufacture himself to find out what could done to fix or replace the individual recliner. The manufacturer stated the part I'm looking for including the entire sofa is no longer being made, or serviced. Joe apologized for my convenience and said he would be willing to take back my entire old sofa, and exchange it for a brand new one of my choice(within reason). :-) You just don't see customer service like this anymore. I recommend Joe, and Bryan Furniture for all your household needs. Excellent store with huge varieties at great prices. Class A place. Sincerely, Aron.

Jesse is rude and very unhelpful. Told me it was not 'her job' when I asked for help finding a ninja airfryer. I stood around to see what she was doing, and for over 10 mins she talked to another coworker while standing next to a red shelf on wheels full of product boxes. Not once did she do any work, just talked. I don't care if she's trans, purple, or an alien from mars; she was rude and needs a lesson in how to act. read more

Complaint Regarding Auto Care Center Service - Marion, IL Walmart…read more I am writing to report an unacceptable experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Marion, Illinois involving two employees, Lilly and Kenny. I am a small teenage girl and was treated rudely, dismissively, and unprofessionally when I came in alone regarding a tire that blew out after only three months of use. I had purchased Walmart tires along with the Road Hazard Warranty, yet I was given multiple, conflicting explanations about what the warranty covered, none of which were clear or consistent. When I returned with my stepfather, the employees' attitudes immediately changed. They became polite and helpful, which made it clear that I was treated differently based on my age, size, and appearance. Other customers present were also confused by the explanations given about the warranty, and one customer even canceled their own warranty after witnessing how the situation was handled. I am not seeking anyone's termination. I am requesting that employees receive proper training on Walmart's warranty policies and customer service expectations. No customer should be treated differently or spoken to disrespectfully under any circumstances.

Upon entering, all employees were wearing masks correctly. (Sadly something I'm finding I have to point out). There is hand sanitizer at the door and an employee disinfecting carts ... ALL WITH A SMILE. The store seemed well stocked. I was on a mission for a particular garbage disposal genie, and couldn't find one. I asked an employee in the back who was stocking. She over to where they would be. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for, but we had a short conversation and she was so sweet. The store representatives were all kind and provided great service. My only complaint is that the asthma tubing for the nebulizer had wholes in them. They were used to hang them due to not hanging clips. I didn't feel like that was the most sanitary. But the products work great at an inexpensive price. Overall, I had a good experience.
