It's a treasure trove of history, style, and impeccable craftsmanship. As an SIU student 20yrs ago I was here every month shopping. I was ecstatic to see it was still in business on a recent trip to Carbondale in 2024. I spent two hours shopping & trying on, and am totally over the moon with my purchases, thrilled to have added such rare and beautiful items to my wardrobe. There are so many affordable 60s-70s-80s vintage pieces still in surprisingly great condition store-wide. I can't wait to return the next time I'm in town from LA.

I love this store and I've introduced many friends here. Usually the same gal is working up front, usually working on art and listening to a record and she's always friendly and ready to answer any questions.

I was told they used to have many different stores, but they are all gone now. Don't expect to find any Origins or MAC makeup at Macy's either. The end of the mall towards Bed, Bath, and Beyond is dead. There is like nothing on that end of the mall except the movie theater. This mall really does suck.
