This dollar tree in Canton is extremely rude to white people. I just walked out because I am sick…read moreof seeing them be rude as hell to white people especially men and friendly to everyone else. I have gone to this store since before this cashier was born but at least for the past year they have treated me and my wife this way and I have stood back watching how they treat other white people the same way. They don't say a word and turn their backs on white people. They don't tell you how much you owe, won't say hello or thank you and will even just lay our receipt down. This is so blantantly obvious and needs to be addressed by someone.

Unfortunately, I don't think there will be another store like Honey Bins again. There are other liquidation stores in the area, but none are as fun or allow the freedom to open boxes and bags to look at the products yourself. I always wondered about profit margins, given how cheap it was to buy clothes, electronics, and household goods for under $12, with Monday afternoons only costing $1.50 per item. I think a handful of people got greedy and ruined the Honey Bins concept, especially professional scalpers and the unemployed who were there early every Friday or Monday morning. Some would take all the good stuff quickly and sit there the entire Monday until the items were discounted to $1.50. The same individuals would do this week after week. It was impossible for those of us who work during the day to beat these scalpers at their game. In hindsight, I would have been fine with more rules implemented to prevent that kind of behavior so that the physical store could survive and everyone could still enjoy these great deals. I found so many great products, from electronics to household items. Some of the brand new clothes in the first year and a half of the store's opening were good too. There will be an online Honey Bins store, but it won't be the same experience as searching through the bins. Thank you for a great two years of bargain shopping!

It would really help if the store's staff arranged the bins better. Many of the items were missing pieces. There were boxes in the bins unopened and without labels. I had no idea what was in them. Today, I saw a few foam mattresses, heaters, vacuums, and a few bookshelves that seemed to be great deals. It's worth visiting again. It's the kind of place that you'd have to visit often and on the days that they put more merchandise out.

We found exactly what we needed, and went to the checkout so we could make our purchase, and also return an item my Fiancé had purchased just before Christmas that ended up not working for her needs. The lady at checkout was rude, and that is putting it lightly. Negative in all aspects of the transaction, obviously not wanting to be a helpful employee. The name in the receipt was Denise, not sure if they share registers, but regardless, this lady could use a little bit of training in regard to her customer service. We've always been treated kindly here, but today we were left dumbfounded by this employees rudeness. Hopefully management checks these reviews as her behavior could chase customers away.
