I have been to the store about 8 or 9 times. I have to…read moretravel to this small town for work occasionally and shop to pass time I suppose. Almost every single time I've been to this store, the employees are some of the coldest, most miserable employees ever. In fact, recently I asked an employee to try on some clothes and she looked at me with this cold glare as if I was interruptinh what she was doing and huffed, stomped over and unlocked the door for me. I approach with kindness and have not recieved the same courtesy. I get the impression that they have no desire to do the job in which they signed up for. When I go to pay on multiple occasions, they make no eye contact, say absolutely nothing and go through the motions of ringing up my purchases. Not even the courtesy of "hi, how are you, did you find everything okay". I've heard the staff gals complaining about having to restock clothes that customers tried on. It made me feel like I was an inconvenience to spend my money there. However, I always go back anyways as they have great sales. That's why I bumped it up to 2 stars otherwise the staff is a full blown ZERO. I've walked out a few times considering calling corporate. Corporate, IF you are reading this, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have an in service with the staff here on customer interaction.

Precious metal comes with a price. However!!! I do believe James Avery is gouging us all and they know it for their own benefit. I don't get it honestly, why would you do people you rely on to make your business thrive like that. Metals are not exactly that expensive when you have millions purchasing and it's a guarantee purchase, so you won't have any loss to eat at the end. Also Ive noticed others selling sterling silver at lower cost so your explanation is a wash. My opinion! I feel if you make better charitable large donations so you don't get pinched maybe thought out better, so the customers doesn't get effected. Way to look out for your customers loyalty there! Also maybe we should band together and just take a break from even buying from this company and go to one that's more trustworthy. I've seen telling silver better selection as long at $12.50.
