When I messaged them to see if they would just swap the hoodie out for another, they told me repeatedly that they don't accept any returns on washed or worn clothing. For a brand to not stand behind their products like that, is a one and done buy for me. I have had much smaller companies offer more for much less. 100 dollar hoodie and they offered me 15% back.
