This review is soley directed at one person. My favorite machine was having its upholstery repaired and out of service. BUT the amazing general manager Daniel stepped up and rigged it so I could use it. He is awesome. So grateful. I appreciate you Daniel. You're the best!!!! read more

I became a member in 22 or 23 due to my previous gym closing down. Annoyed that I was faced to drive to the gym now, I was blessed to discover the Jewel of Plantation Fitness System. First of all the environment is thoughtfully curated to foster a sense of belonging and value. The cleanest gym I ever been a member of. Everyone at all levels pridefully deep cleans, polish chrome, dusts the areas that are unseen. The cherry on top for me was when Nate and Daniel without formal introductions started to greet me by my name (and they did not screw up pronunciation of my name). Their Customer Service is mastery and I am grateful for that. Now all i need to do is focus more on this belly! read more

For the money, one of the best gym you be a member off. They have equipment that other gyms don't care which allows you to work around injuries very well. It's a proper gym for body building and for those nursing injuries from years of training. They have a green for sledding, a reverse hyper, a lateral eliptical, and in general just some of the best brands. A lot of freemotion stuff, which is so good. The people who work there are meticulous about keeping it clean and most of them, if not all, seem to work out at the gym themselves. This is clearly a labor of love. read more

Ive been training in gyms for 40 years and by far this gym is spectacular and best gym for motivation and choice of equipment. Maybe more for mid to advanced gym rats but has everything that an advanced or novice gym could offer, and no im not getting paid for this review. Powerlifting room and a sea of exercise type bikes. Even has a glass selfie and posing room. No camera tripods permitted in main workout area thankfully. Must check this place out..Staff is still friendly and knows you by name even after you sign up. Glad this gym is here. read more

I have trained at fitness system sawgrass for about 2.7 years since they opened in 2021, and truthfully the gym has always upheld a hard working, familial, and professional environment. Joining when I was 16- now 18, I couldn't have asked for a better gym to be the first one I ever join. Although anecdotal, I have transformed my ethic due to being a product of the gyms hard working environment. More so, the gyms standards are truthfully higher than any other gyms I'd argue. Since joining I don't believe there was a single time I did not see the gym clean or having constant awareness to cleaning concerns. The attention to detail with the imported equipment, upgrades, and the fact machines will always be fixed instantly in tandem to this gyms nature of discipline would only propel anyone who joins further. Thank you Fitness System Sawgrass! - loyal member read more

I have been a member for a couple years now and it is a great gym with nice staff. It is a great place and a great value. My only negative comment is that it is getting more and more crowded, but that is because of what it has to offer. There are a few new gyms in the area so I might start looking around to find one that has less people. read more

I've been going to this gym on and off for over two years, and it's hands down the best gym I've ever been a part of. The place is always spotless, with plenty of free weights, machines, and more than enough equipment to get in a great workout no matter what you're training. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, but what really makes this gym stand out is the culture. There's no nonsense here--everyone comes to work hard and get out, and that vibe is set from the top down by the staff and the members. If you're looking for a clean, well-equipped gym where you can focus on your fitness without the bs or distractions, this is it. read more

This gym has been a God send! All the advanced equipment they have really allows you to get a great work out in! The staff is very friendly and they really keep the gym clean and tidy! The GM, Daniel really makes everyone feel welcomed the second they step foot in the gym! All around great atmosphere to be apart of! I recommend everyone give it a try! You won't be disappointed! read more

Machines are always clean, people care about the gym equipment, there's definitely gym etiquette and the machines they have are not your average commercial gym machines. Staff is great friendly and informative when it comes to asking where certain machines are or what they do. Not tryna kiss up to this place but it's really just that good. read more

Great gym! Daniel one of the managers is so personable and helpful with everything. He's the best!

Anyone who's considering coming to this gym I would highly suggest for you to reconsider due to the fact that the gym manager, Daniel Pezzuti was very unprofessional, when I asked him that I would like to please cancel my membership because I nor my finance have been coming for the past 2 months. He then seemed very triggered on the fact that I wanted to cancel for non usage, and he charged my card $212 for 2 months when me nor my fiancé haven't even been attending the gym at all, the manager stated to me that I was approaching him in an aggressive way which I wasn't his words verbatim to me were "don't fucking come at me with your chest all puffed out thinking your big and bad" so just a word of advice for everyone I honestly wouldn't attend a gym where the staff is unprofessional and unethical lastly cursing at a member or a civilian shows that you have zero professionalism nor the skills for proper customer service. read more

Bellow one star! HIDDEN CANCELATION FEE!!! I stop coming 4 months ago, however still paying. God forbit you want to cancel the membership ...like I just did. They will charge you an extra month the same day you cancel, even if you will not be going no more and no matter if they took the montly fee already, and if I waited till the 1st "manager" Stephanie said it was my time to pay the year fee!!! Wow....I asked for the owner and she said he only goes to the gym to work out...not for business... REALLY!? SO HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY HOWEVER WONT FACE AN ISSUE WHEN NEED IT?! WORSE GYM C.S EVER!! Hope my last obligated payment helps you to improve. read more

Horrible gym. Customer service is horrible. The people that go to this gym are rude and nasty and the locker rooms are extremely small. Definitely not worth the $50 a month payment. Avoid at all costs. read more

This gym is amazing. The staff is incredible. The trainers are top notch, the best gym I've ever been to. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. I love the safe atmosphere !! read more

I was a member for about 8 months. At first it was fine, they have the equipment that I needed. The staff was always a bit weird... they don't allow recording on cameras but phone is ok. Just an odd rule. I was going because I liked the people that went there. They recently kicked out one of my friends and they started banning my other friends for posting about it on social media. I'm unsure why they have a bunch of weird rules. There shouldn't be any drama. It's a gym. I canceled my membership and will not be coming back. Very disappointed in the way everything went down. They lost a lot of members due to this. read more

Getting ready to move from Tampa to South Florida so we're looking for a gym. During Thanksgiving we were in town to see family so We wanted to try out a few different gyms to see where we should sign up. My wife went in with her sister and was told a day pass was $40! When she turned it down they gave her a free week pass to try it out. I went in a few days later to try it out as well and the chubby "bodybuilding" kid behind the desk told me it was $40 for a day pass. When I mentioned that my wife had been in and showed him a picture of her pass he told me they didn't do that anymore and the best he could do was $20. Seemed weird to me that stopped it in just a couple days. I was already there and had taken my pre workout so I just paid it. I gave it 2 stars for the unique equipment in there but the staff is horrible and the customer service alone isn't worth the price. Definitely need to reevaluate the staff if you the owner of the location. We won't be signing up there and I would make sure you are able to try it out before signing up as the atmosphere is very different. Not bad just different. read more

The locker rooms are extremely small. The staff and owners are rude and unless you're a professional competing bodybuilder they won't even acknowledge you. Stay away from this gym at all costs. It is definitely not worth the $50 a month price. read more

Gym is clean with plenty of equipment. Staff has been professional and are often seen cleaning and maintaining the gym. The locker rooms have all the essentials. Overall, a very nice place to work out. read more
