The gym goers here are courteous of other members and the employees are welcoming as well. The bottom floor is designed for HIIT Work out areas with punching bags, monkey bars, pull up bars, and enough space to lunge back and forth. Upstairs is divided into different sections where you can do cardio, lift dumbbells, different exercise equipments, and bench press machines are toward the back next to dumbbells. This a nice gym. The attitude throughout the interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional. Customer service should be about listening to members and addressing concerns respectfully. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. If anything, the interaction gave me a very clear picture of the culture at this location. Compared to other Crunch locations I've visited in the area, where staff have been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on customer service, this experience fell far short of expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve how members are treated.

As an older member, her disclosure also caused me to feel singled out and scrutinized during my workouts. In a separate incident, the owner also resorted to Instagram after I was assisted by other members attempting to correct my form on an exercise I had just learned. She told her Instagram followers that I had a casual conversation with them, which she knew was not true because I had already explained to her what ACTUALLY happened. Nevertheless, she proceeded to ask her followers for "their thoughts", knowing exactly what those thoughts would be. This led to an attack on social media about my IQ and judgement. The owner's disclosure of my age without my consent, and her precipitating an attack on social media against me was extremely unprofessional.
