As an older member, her disclosure also caused me to feel singled out and scrutinized during my workouts. In a separate incident, the owner also resorted to Instagram after I was assisted by other members attempting to correct my form on an exercise I had just learned. She told her Instagram followers that I had a casual conversation with them, which she knew was not true because I had already explained to her what ACTUALLY happened. Nevertheless, she proceeded to ask her followers for "their thoughts", knowing exactly what those thoughts would be. This led to an attack on social media about my IQ and judgement. The owner's disclosure of my age without my consent, and her precipitating an attack on social media against me was extremely unprofessional.

She got very angry and aggressive because I decided to do sit ups on ONE workout that was a repeated one, even though I followed all of the other ones to the point she spoke very disrespectfully to me on the mic, stopped the music, disrupted everyone else's workout, and continued to make disrespectful comments throughout the rest of the workout, once again on the mic like "go to your own home studio in Cooper City and do that" "you can leave" "you can go home" and refused to hand me wipes to wipe down my station bc of that little thing lol. I know others in there felt very uncomfortable hearing all that on the mic when they were just trying to enjoy their workout. I've done that same workout minor alteration with other coaches there, and they've had no problem with it bc I still follow the workout. We pay to much money for OTF to deal with any level of disrespect and verbal abuse, especially over something so minor.
