This is about the eighth time I try starting this review, because I cannot find the words to describe how AMAZING B-Fit is. I have been training at B-Fit for only a short 6 months, but I have already changed so much. I used to be in the military but after getting out I fell out of fitness and gained about 30 pounds. I was downing beers like water every NFL night and eating out ALL THE TIME. I finally decided to take control of my body again and lost a lot of weight before starting B-fit, but when I started they changed my game completely. In just 6 months, I have dropped almost 10% body fat. I have gained so much muscle and I am able to do exercises I never thought I could, like pull ups. I train with Victor and he ALWAYS knows exactly when and how to up the ante if I am not feeling sore one day. He already knows my body super well and exactly what I can or cannot do, and when it's time to challenge me. The workouts are always different, which keeps you entertained and motivated. You really can't go wrong training here. I thought it would be fun to begin training at a brand new gym to see what kind of bench gains I could make in prep for my powerlifting meet. In a span of 6 weeks, after talking it over with their trainers there, and setting realistic goals for me, they were able to bring my benchmarks up by over 26 kilos. I started training at B-Fit about 3 months ago and my whole perspective on training has shifted. B-fit is a place where the workout is completely tailored to you. When I started, I had daily chronic pain on both my neck and upper back. I let my trainer Julian know of this issue and he progressively worked with me to strengthen those muscles. I've been a member of B-Fit for 4 years now and I can honestly say joining this training studio was one of the best decisions I ever made. I was never the athletic type growing up and learned to believe there were just things I would never be able to do.
