BEST WORKOUT PLACE EVER!I had always struggled with being consistent in my workouts. Honestly, I hated going to the gym. If I went twice a week, 1).it was a miracle and 2). that in itself felt like an accomplishment. However, due to health issues the doctor said if I didn't start working out daily, I would have to start taking medication. That was devastating for me to hear being that I am young. I tried my best to go to in order to help prevent that from happening. Sadly, I wouldn't know what to do and it wasn't enjoyable, so I wouldn't go and I was getting sicker. (My symptoms included: dizziness, fatigue, and fast heart palpitations) My life changed when I found this gym. It is literally everything I was looking for and much more. I have been going for 7 months, and now I feel strong and don't have any of the previously mentioned symptoms. I love this place so much, and I would love to share some of the things they offer. -This place offers zumba and bootcamp classes. The Zumba classes are so much fun, and they have great motivating instructors with amazing music. The best way to get in some cardio! Bootcamp is an intense, yet doable class. There are classes from Monday to Sunday, and everyday they focus on different parts of your body, which allows you to recover from the previous day. Also, if you are not a very active person don't be afraid to try it out because they modify the workouts so that you can push yourself to the best of your ability, and progressively your strength will increase. The price is extremely affordable and it is undoubtedly the cheapest bootcamp place you will find with the same quality and result-driven ambiance. The instructors are extremely helpful, and their passion for what they do is evident. They go the extra mile to do whatever they can in order to help you be the best version of yourself. They are very knowledgeable in what they do, and they know how to push you to achieve your goals. Jose Guzman and Lupita Ramirez are two of the instructors who have helped motivate me throughout my weight loss journey. All in all, I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a place to not only lose weight, but a place that helps you stay motivated for the rest of your life. Both of my cousins have joined, after only visiting one time, because they realized they couldn't find any place that offered what this place has to offer. I want to share my experience so others do not go through the same thing. I rented this venue for an event for the second time, with clear terms agreed upon beforehand, and those agreements were not respected. The owner, once again, made excuses to avoid returning my deposit, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. What made matters worse was that during the time I had rented the space for my private event, the owner was using the venue to train clients for her own business purposes. I paid to rent the space for my event, not to share it while she conducted personal business. There was also someone monitoring every detail throughout the event, which created an uncomfortable environment, and communication regarding concerns was not handled professionally. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I am sharing it so others are aware before booking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting this venue. read more

Great gym! I really enjoy the Bootcamp classes . The atmosphere is great . Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging . All levels of fitness are welcomed . Fitness One 80 offers excellent group training programs and the right price. It outranks the bigger gym chains for its quality of service, individualized support, and welcoming environment. Before joining Fitness One 8, I would do group classes at 24 Hours not only were they crowded but you wouldn't get the individual support from instructor during the class. And if you wanted a small group, you needed to pay so much money. At Fitness One 80 you are in small classes, so the instructor is able to go around and correct your form and provide encouragement through the work out. I absolutely love this place. It's been an awesome experience and it's helped me embrace my new and fit post pregnancy body. read more

I randomly found this place while driving up hacienda. I just love boot camps! I signed up for their monthly pass and did not regret it one bit. I had already been on a weight loss kick so I just wanted to start toning up, which I struggle doing on my own. Fitness one80 sure was the right place for this to happen. I couldn't tell you enough about all the trainers and how educated they are in their field. Not only did they accommodate for my bad knee but they definitely encouraged me to try harder without being pushy (I hate pushy trainers). I started this gym about two weeks ago and I absolutely love it! The Boot camp classes are great and the staff so motivating! This gym has two locations, one where the weight lifting is done, never packed (at the time i go) therefore allowing to finish one's reps! AND one location where the boot camp and Zumba is done. I love this place, the owners are amazing, kind and show that they love that they do. Lupita is my biggest motivator, as well as my goals! She pushes me even when I say I can't do it. Josue's bootcamp classes are tough but worth it. He as well challenges you but also makes sure you don't injure yourself. I have joint issues and I can always count on him to give me a modified exercise to keep going with the class. Plus love how I can get my workout but still have my son there with me. I recently joined their other location/gym because I like to change up my routine, and the new location is perfect anytime I feel like going heavy and using the squat machines, doing deadlifts, leg presses etc. They also have a ton of cardio machines and the best/most up to date equipment! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I am very lazy when it comes to working out or hitting the gym so decided to give Zumba a try. I started taking the Zumba classes in May 2018 and am very happy. The 1st few days were a little intimidating for me because I was a little lost with the steps but the good thing is that you can go at your own pace and the steps are repetitive so you are able to get the hang of it. The dance instructors are awesome! They make it fun & enjoyable. They are very motivating & encouraging. No matter what day of the week I go, the instructors always have a high energy level, they show their passion & professionalism. I have noticed a positive change in my appearance and will continue attending Zumba classes. I got my membership 1 month after I started and am excited to continue seeing the changes in my body. So here is my review about this bootcamp! I have nothing but great things to say about this place. They have an amazing staff and not to mention the trainers who push and motivate every single person working out. It is rewarding to be paying for something that is absolutely worth it! I have been here for a few months now, and even till this day I am always asked to go harder and put more weight on my workouts. It is a great place for people to get a great workout for an hour. I tried this bootcamp last night and I was pretty nervous given our COVID situation and how the distancing would work. I was VERY pleased with how they held everything outside with good distancing apart from others. And even with the distance, the trainer "Dustin" would still check on everyone's form and keep that energy everyone needed. Such a fun class with some Kickboxing moves involved. Also met the "Jose" who was super friendly and helped me sign up. Definitely see myself coming back and being a regular. Jose and Monica are amazing! If you want to see a positive change in your body then Boot Camp with Jose and Zumba with Monica is the way to go. Jose is an excellent instructor and manages a fine balance of funny, kindness, patience, professionalism and being a motivator. His classes run about 50-55 minutes long with one water break halfway thru. Techniques have strengthened my body from my arms to my legs and its not too shabby when you receive compliments on your heinie Ha! Like everything else though no pain, no gain and you need to be consistent, I can only speak for myself and I like what Jose is doing for my body. Monica OMG! Most Enthusiastic and Positive Energy I have ever felt in a Zumba class. From start to finish Monica will have you sweat your way into a size 2. Best place to work out in La Puente! I liked how things are varied from day to day and you don't really have to think of what routine to do for the day bec they make sure that you're able to target specific areas per day. Absolutely love this place! It's been one of the most welcoming and energetic gyms I've been to. The Zumba classes are always poppin' and the boot camp classes? Oh don't get me started. They totally kick my butt, but each one gets easier. I love the motivation and energy that Jose gives at each class. I have tried to run like crazy to loose weight and at times I felt like I was not getting the results I wanted but going to this gym has changed me physically and mentally! I started going to bootcamp when they just opened and I have to say that I love it! What makes this gym great is that everyday you are working out a different part of your body (arms, legs, abs, etc.) so you never get bored. You have a great trainer, Jose, who shows you how to correctly use the weights so you really work out your muscles. This place was perfect for me because I surrounded myself with people who also wanted to work out and it pushes me because I am very competitive so I push my body even harder and challenge myself with heavier weights! I have lost about 15 pounds! And although loosing weight was just a bonus what I really accomplished was becoming mentally stronger! Love, love, love the boot camp classes. I started six months ago, and to be honest, a bit afraid to get hurt since i have never been exactly a fitness fan person. Plus, i have a condition of tendonitis on my feet. Well, six months into it and i just can't have enough. My husband on the other hand, has always work out, at gyms, at home, running, etc. Well, surprisingly for me, he found challenge into the Boot camp classes! It must be due to the fact that within the same class, everyone decides how much to push themselves. And even though you would constantly be motivated to push a bit more, you are given a set of instructions with slight variations to adapt to your own self. Their instructors are all fantastic, but everyone has a different style. So, i would recommend you to try all of their classes to see which one works best for you. If you want a great workout, you have to come to this gym. Everyday is a different workout and you never feel like you plateau. The instructors are always pushing you to get the maximum results. This gym is geared to all fitness levels. The exercises are modified so everyone can complete the class. I started working out because I was struggling with my weight and never thought I would even finish one bootcamp class because of my lack of conditioning.
