    Been coming here for a couple of weeks and I'm hooked! It's always something new which keeps it interesting. The instructor Jose is always monitoring and making sure nobody gets hurt. If your looking for a place to get motivated and get back in shape, this is your place.

    I randomly found this place while driving up hacienda. I just love boot camps! I signed up for their monthly pass and did not regret it one bit. I had already been on a weight loss kick so I just wanted to start toning up, which I struggle doing on my own. Fitness one80 sure was the right place for this to happen. I couldn't tell you enough about all the trainers and how educated they are in their field. Not only did they accommodate for my bad knee but they definitely encouraged me to try harder without being pushy (I hate pushy trainers). For anyone wanted to check them out I definitely recommend this place! "Fitness"

I noticed more overall strength, feeling better mentally, and last but not least, locking in on a clean diet thanks to Phil's guidance and support. Aspire is a private gym, so I enjoyed not having to deal with the rush one would expect at a bigger commercial gym. I took labs before starting at Aspire and after. The results were lower LDL, triglycerides, and BMI amongst others. The changes made in terms of nutrition and exercise at Aspire paid off! Not only was my body changing but my mentality was evolving to match my healthy lifestyle. Not only did I lose 80 lbs with Marissa, I've kept it off for 3 years. I quit smoking AND gained a whole new love for my body. The members here are very welcoming and nice, and I think that's the type of environment the owner, Fernando, really tries to embrace at the box. I would dread going to the gym, but I don't ever feel that way at Big Bang. When I miss a day, I actually look forward to my next workout day. I've been going for about 4 months now and if you're looking for challenging workouts to test yourself mentally and physically, Big Bang is a place to go. I've lifted weights that I never thought I would be able to do all thanks to the coaches here. One of the things that I love about going here is that the coaches top priority is your safety. So they focus on form and technique to ensure you're doing the movements right without hurting yourself. They don't expect you to lift heavy and would prefer that you go light with correct form than to do heavy with bad form that would lead to injuries. They watch your work out and correct your form as needed. On top of that, they are very motivating. Not only are they watching you for your safety, but they're cheering you on to keep moving. And this isn't done in an aggressive way to keep you moving, but in an encouraging way like they believe in you. The members here are the same! Some members from the prior class will stick around to do cool down or what not, but they also encourage you to keep moving during your workout as well and help you if needed. They'll even encourage you to put on more weight to challenge yourself. You'll be surprised what you can actually do if you tried. I feel myself getting stronger each time and honestly I love the idea of working out 10-20 minute work out a day and feel like I got a total body workout. It totally beats going to the gym for an hour and I feel more efficient during my short WOD. Plus each day is different, so I know I'm working every part of my body and not letting it be missed. The movements may be similar, but each day is always different during the week. So you won't ever get bored of the workout.. just maybe tired haha.

I always seemed to over-strain something and end up injured, so I was pretty hesitant about jumping back into weight training after having a baby. That's when I decided to look for a personal trainer. From day one, I was impressed by Kacy's knowledge and expertise. He has this uncanny ability to gauge exactly how much I can lift just by watching me do a single set--which I'm guessing comes from years of experience, but it's still impressive to see in action. Here's the thing about Kacy that might throw you off at first: he often looks distracted, like he's not paying attention. But don't let that fool you! He's tracking everything--your form, your reps, your timing--and he'll call you out if you're slacking on your sets. It's actually kind of amazing how dialed in he is even when it doesn't look like it. If you're looking for a knowledgeable trainer who will push you and keep you accountable (even when you think he's not watching), Kacy's your guy. Highly recommend!
