I didn't know you had to remove a lot of components and pretty much get to the bare head. Well, with his experience, he was able to close the valves and get a good clamp on it so he could get a clean cut on the head. He called me back in a couple of hours once it was done. From the decking process, lots of aluminum material gets into the nooks and crannies. I had to use an air compressor to remove most of the loose aluminum. I was able to install the cylinder head and now that car is running with no issues with leaking from the head gasket. Excellent work and a great price! I'd go back for more work to be done.

So, as I was ready to surprise the wife, who was away for a few days, I was scrambling to find a quality provider. My late mother was scammed for $800.00 back in the 1990s so, I knew there were shady operators out there. I used Nextdoor.com and got the number for the Fresh 'N' Clean outfit from nearby Corona. I received a text message saying they were on their way, and then, they arrived right on time. They (Allen & Sean) were friendly, respectful and courteous. Having some know-how & experience about carpet cleaning, I saw how meticulous the two brothers were in their attention to detail. Furthermore, the estimate they quoted me prior to coming to the house was the price I paid. Conclusion: These guys are a class act! What more could you ask for? If we weren't desperate to wash our clothes I would've driven away... given how clearly unwelcome we were. As we began gathering our items from the car she yelled at us from the door way that they're closed. The sign on the window clearly reads that they close at 10:00pm ... the time was 8:45. Every business has rules/policies to obey which I completely understand. However, this interaction was nothing but cold. They both continued to stare at us as i searched yelp for another laundry mat to use. What saddens me most of all is that I really enjoyed using this laundry mat since the new owner came in... but if this is the reality of washing here now I'll take my business elsewhere. I've worked in customer service my entire young adult life - adult life ... this isn't it. Not in the slightest. There's ways to explain things with courtesy ...and without your guests feeling uneasy.

They have friendly and helpful attendants who are there several times a day for a few hours each time to clean up and help with customer needs. A laundromat is supposed to run itself so you won't ALWAYS find someone on duty but, again, there is always someone there mid-day and someone there a few hours before closing. I do feel that people should take pride in doing laundry there and pick up after themselves; I've seen the attendants there cleaning up after customers who leave their dryer sheets on the floor and tables, and I even saw one of the attendants clean up after a lady who dropped a whole bottle of fabric softener out front! I've seen them cleaning up after people's kids, too. They really go above and beyond there. You'll also see Gary, the friendly owner, in there a few times a week as well making sure everything is in good working order and socializing with the customers. The decor is bright and clean: between the plants, the Mexican pop music playing on the overhead and the bubbles painted on the ceiling, it has a very tropical and welcoming tone. There's also kiddie rides and vending machines. Arlington Coin Laundry is located in the mini strip mall on the corner of Arlington and Lake Ave. right ACROSS from the Chevron station (the laundromat is in the corner of the strip mall). I won't go anywhere else from now on -- I highly recommend it!

They promised to deliver my item within a specific time and then left a different time range via voicemail. She could care less about customer service. She promised I would receive a call the next day to schedule a new delivery time, but that didn't happen. Seeing the other reviews, I'm not surprised.
