I could only find 1 set of 5 lb plates in the whole place, and overall they could probably stand to beef up their supply of plates. Especially since they have the deadlift platforms. Maybe a couple sets of bumper plates? It's not the biggest AF, but it worked. All the plastic olympic collars were blown out. That's a safety issue. Only set of working collars I could find were some metal pinch ones. (I take it back--one of those were blown out, too--so only onee functional collar in the whole place). The olympic bar i was using seemed to be straight, which is good. Sometimes they're bent like cheap pool cue. Water fountain was functional, 4 changing rooms, vending machine with water and speed-drinks (no recovery drinks). This place could be a lot better if mgmt would spend a minimal amount of money and attention.

I started off with an unlimited membership at first but decreased to a 4 classes a month membership after realizing my travel obligations (no Orangetheory studios close to the areas I was traveling to for work!). Management has always been helpful and understanding. Coaches are high energy and willing to answer any questions or concerns. And Landon, who is an instructor greeted us all and recognized the newbie to Orangetheory. We all entered in and hit our stations. I am a creature of habit butI felt awkward only because the people were all new to me. So I will never take stars away for that. The workout was great, and Landon encouraged us to push ourselves. It was a good workout. As my home gym does, he takes the time to make sure you are lifting weights the right way if he sees you are struggling. I have to say, Orangetheory is an excellent workout. If you are looking for a good workout. This is the place! Some people get scared because they think that it is too intense for them. But you can set your own pace. It's a good workout, it is different everytime, and you can choose your pace. And you will get a lot of coaching to help motivate you to push harder. Keep burning!

Caution tape on the front steps made me worry this club would be neglected. Went in anyway and was greeted by a friendly fella at the desk. He saw I was from out of town and immediately he said welcome and gave me a quick layout of the gym. It was much appreciated as he seemed to really enjoy his job. The equipment looks pretty standard and well maintained. The black card spa has all your usual stuff. I didn't feel out of place at all. I think that's what I enjoy most about PF, is the consistency of their gyms. I'm glad I joined this place, well worth your money as I travel a lot and it always feels like a little bit of home.

This has also become repetitive pattern. I have even visited the gym in the evenings and there are several employees standing around and there is no cleaning taking place. Most gyms have checklists that should be done throughout the day, but maybe this isn't the case for Club4 in Ridgeland. Please do better by your members. Also, for the record I have mentioned this to the manager and they cleaned that day and a few days after that; then back to the nasty cardio machines and No towels.

I expressed to her that I was thinking about getting a massage as well, but had to be at work at 1pm. She suggested the Aquamassage they just got the day before, and MAN was she right! I did the 20 minute option which is equivalent to an hour long regular massage. Everyone was so accommodating and nice, if you're a local or here for a visit I HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping by!
