    Where to began when it comes to Bill Byers fitness.... I guess I should start from where I was and…read morewhat I was looking for at the time. I am like most woman, I have tired every diet out there. I was even working out with a friend who seemed to flake on me a lot. When we did work out, it was more of a therapy session then really working out.  I knew I wanted someone to push me and wanted to workout five times a week. I had in mind that I wanted to surprise my husband,  when he got back from deployment with my weight loss.  SO with all that in mind. I started looking for someone. I found out very, VERY fast how expensive trainers can be. Then I ran across Bill Byers Fitness ad and contacted him for pricing.  He was very, VERY, affordable compared to all the other prices I was given. So much so, My husband has yet to notice me paying him.  In the past 3 months, since starting with Bill, I have lost 30 lb's. I have gone from not being able to squat at all, to squatting 155 lb's in little over 3 months. I can honestly say that Bill is one of the most motivating, charismatic and genuinely nice guys, I have met.  Bill revolves around having the correct mental philosophy and approach to fitness. No matter if your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, or simply get in shape. Bill whole-heartedly and diligently to create a plan that is designed specifically for you. It is truly a personal experience, you are not just a number with him. He understands we all have our days where we don't want to workout or  we give into our sweet tooth. He is not the type of personal trainer to scold you or yell at you for it. He just asks you to try harder the next day, to not give in or give up so quickly. Bill try's his hardest to make sure each workout is as fun as it can be. You don't do the same boring workout day after day. Each time you workout with him, he will push you with a new workout and he will never ask you do so something he himself has not done.  I highly recommend him! Through working with Bill, I have gained more confidence than I have ever had in my life or ever believed that I would have.
