There is always someone available if you have a question about how to use a machine or proper way to do a move. If you get in a rut I recommend jumping into one or more of the classes that are part of your membership. Expensive membership to have no sort of guest pass. I kindly asked her what I can do to get added on to my mom's card, she then replied that I didn't look like the women that was the cardholder..... my mother..... I understand staff does not control policy but I was trying to resolve the situation so maybe I can get back to my workout. She only mentioned a guest pass to me after I seemed upset with how she was speaking to me but even then she prestened the offer with enough attitude to knock me out. She seemed more worried about getting me out of the gym than resolving my issue.
