The girl in the kids club watching the children was named Jasmine. I kept hearing my baby cry so I went and looked through the window of the kids club and I saw my baby girl sitting in her baby seat crying, boogers pouring out of her nose, her face was red from crying so much and Jasmine was at her desk with her feet propped up, head phone on both ears, and her phone in her hand. I went in and got my baby and went straight to the manager to complain. My baby literally had dried boogers on her cheek from being so upset. I went back into the kids club to get her things and I told Jasmine that it was unacceptable for her to be chilling at her desk while my baby is crying like that. She responded with she has been crying on and off I was about to go check on her. I told her that was her job to watch the kids and that was no okay to neglect my child in the way she did. I had brought with me that day a play chair for my baby. Before I went to work out I showed Jasmine how to unlatch it to get her out. When I heard her cries and went to check on her she was STILL in that chair after being there almost 2 hours. I am still so sick to my stomach about the whole ordeal. I found out the owner's name is Mason (I may be spelling it wrong) I have called 3 times in the last 2 days trying to speak to him about this situation before going public and he has not reached out to me. I had left my name and phone number. I will never go back to that gym and I will never recommend anyone that gym. My child was neglected in the kids club daycare and no one seems to care.

This place also has a swimming pool and large coed hot tub (people fecal mover). Locker rooms are roomy and clean. Friendly people willing to spot you if you need one. If I lived in Dalton... this would be the place I would train. Solid.

There is always someone available if you have a question about how to use a machine or proper way to do a move. If you get in a rut I recommend jumping into one or more of the classes that are part of your membership. The facility is basic, no tanning beds, Sauna is extra and it's a 'retired person's schedule for classes', no classes after 5pm. I wanted a two day pass and was told that wasn't possible because of their computers so I bought a three day pass for $25. However, that Saturday, Sunday and Monday I had to take care of the same friend that I was going to the gym with - he hurt his back and could literally not walk or drive so I played nursemaid gladly. When I approached the front desk person she said that she would work with me since I had extenuating circumstances. I came back a day later to find my code didn't work. When I spoke to her again, she said, "I can't help you unless you buy a membership for $150 for a membership. I want to add I am currently unemployed so that $25 could have been a $1000 to me, but I really really wanted to work out. This gym IS NOT WORTH IT. The door system is down so much, it shouldn't be listed as a 24/7 gym. My friend has had at least two instances on the weekends that the door system is down and there is no contact phone number to get help. If the owner is such a 'standup' person, she needs to rethink her business model or get new employees that can take care of people. I've been to boutique gyms before and NOTHING about this gym warrants their attitude towards the customers and the actual equipment at the gym. AND the last time I was there in the evening, a member brought out a boom box the size of Manhattan and blasted the gym with ear shattering, wall shaking music such that I couldn't even hear my own music in my AirPods IN MY EARS!!!f My advice for this place - STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!!!! Usually you have to go through a manager of a manager of a manager if you have complaints or questions and with this gym, you can go directly to her. The gym has what looks like brand new machines and the pads aren't worn on anything which is a plus, and the free weights go up to 150lbs, I think, it could be higher (but who's lifting that much?). I like the fact they sell t-shirts and it's located in the heart of downtown which is great because after working out, you can grab a bite to eat at a local restaurant. I also like the fact there is so many cameras because you can never be too safe in terms of security. There's an aerobics room and a Crossfit room which is pretty cool and the gym is lined with mirrors which is great so you can work on your form and see where your faults are when lifting.
