I've been a subscriber to this service for more than 8 months. This team has been more than consistent and delicious for the entire time. with almost 20 options for meals on the select plan I do not get tired of the servings. all the items are well labeled and easy to store. Deliveries can be provided to Lancaster, Palmdale or Santa Clarita. We recently moved to SCV from Palmdale and having this delivery service take care of our needs during the move let us eat healthier through that stressful process. The meals are amazing!!! Keto lean or fit options whatever you are looking for they have. They also make amazing muffins for that muffin/donut fix but in a healthy version. I'm currently on one of their meal plans. my feelings on it have been mostly positive but I do have some issues. I enjoy most of the food but sometimes there's meals that I don't enjoy at all. I also have them deliver my food but often times they come very late at night and the food tends to be lukewarm. I think they need to take better care to keep the food at a safe temperature. There's been a couple times that I have received brown vegetables. So I may just switch to picking up my food so I don't keep running into this issue. As for the convenience factor I absolutely love it. And the guy from the store is very nice. read more

I love the convenience and the food is great. I tried the enchilada lasagna for the first time today. Super good. I also love the mad maple turkey. I'm still a Fit Chow newbie and working my way around the menu, but so far so good. I subscribed for weekly meals over a month ago; without a doubt one of my best decisions so far, the food is great, very tasty and I love the variety. I lost 45 lbs over a year ago and one thing no one tells you is that keeping the weight off is almost as hard as loosing the weight, which meant that I had to keep cooking my meals on the weekends which left me with little time to do other things and relax. Having healthy, ready made meals has made my life so much easier, the FitChow meals are perfectly proportion for me, healthy, filling, low in calories and so much more tastier than anything I used to cook, plus I don't have to eat the same food every day. I am very happy with my subscription, I go to the Crunch Fitness gym in East Palmdale and I love the convenience of being able to pick up my food there, also the FitChow crew is great, they respond to my questions right away, they are friendly and very knowledgeable. This was one of my best decisions in a very long time! I subscribed for the weekly plan and only wish I had decided to do this sooner when I arrived in the Palmdale area for work. I chose to go with the "Lean Bowl" plan and was very surprised at how dense and tasteful a 400 calorie dish can be! Every week, I ended up with a new "Favorite" meal, as they rotate several recipes into your plan. I ate one dish for Breakfast, one for Lunch, and one for Dinner. I was also pleasantly surprised at how FULL I was everyday from here on out. Growing up with many bad habits, this was the first time in my life that I was able to dismiss any cravings with ease. And most of the time, these cravings wouldn't even surface! The macro-nutrients in these dishes are balanced out with enough fiber to make me hit a high level of satiety throughout my week. :) To rate the dishes, some I would give 4 stars, but most would receive a 5 star rating from me, hands down. The staff is super friendly and super awesome! They actually care how the plans are going for their customers as they want feedback on how things are working out for you. This is a good indicator of a brand or company that will continue to grow, in my opinion. My only 2 regrets are; Not finding Fitchow sooner & not grabbing onto their breakfast dishes. If I am ever back in the Palmdale market, or even remotely close, Fitchow will be the first place I reach out to! read more

Super convenient and delicious!! I hate food prepping so having an easily accessible and healthy way out of doing it myself makes eating right easy. I usually stop by and grab whatever is in stock but I've also preordered and have never been dissatisfied. Also I like how they're open for a large portion of the day so it's much easier to swing by and grab what I need when I'm in a hurry. They have a large selection of prepped foods to choice from. On week two now and I have absolutely enjoyed every meal I've had. Props to the chef because this is some top quality food. Even had a mix up online with my first order and got a few dishes I did not order. They were very accommodating and offered to assist me with the mix up which I appreciated very much but I also discovered that even dishes that didn't sound very good to me tasted delicious! This has been a very pleasant surprise and the prices are entirely fair given what people pay when they go get fast food and get very low quality food. You are getting good, home cooked meals from someone that obviously loves cooking and it has absolutely delivered. If you're trying to get your eating habits under control but still want awesome flavor, try this place out. The keto muffins were delicious as well. And I have not had one bite of chicken that's disappointed me. All dishes have been awesome! Also, once you take it out of the container you really realize that it's more food than it looks like.
