And am I glad I followed my spirit in this one! When I pulled up I was greeted with fragrant scent of spice then the doors opens to deep aromas of jerk and curry! Bag was ready and piping hot! And I must tell you it was the longest 14.6 miles home ever with all those spices slapping me in the face! We ordered 2 Dinners and a side. Dinner one was Oxtails with gravy the second was Curry Chicken. Each dinner comes with rice and peas, a cabbage mix and plantains. Along with a side of jerk chicken. The oxtails were delicious. Be sure to ask for heavy gravy as that's kind of light (Wish I had asked for that on the Curry). The flavor was so deep I flew back to my island retreat in my mind!! I am know as the bland food eater so the curry and oxtails were at my spice max. I enjoyed the fullness of the spices and even appreciated the heat that came with it . I polished off the remaining rice and peas later in the evening (glad I ask for additional gravy) and I think the flavor may have been a bit better after settling at room temp, as I I was staring at the plate like why isn't there more!! I did bravely taste the jerk and it too was a very Carribean scent (although too spicy for me personally) the flyover was rich and chicken was moist so that a plus and my partner gobbled it up so tells me that the item was good. Tameka, you and your hubby need a store front restaurant , food truck or hell a cart to be tablet to serve the AV. Y'all owe it to yourselves, the AV. The community, heck to me! Will definitely not hesitate when need for the Caribbean hit the back of my throat !! They accept Zelle, Cashapp, Apple Pay and good old American cash!

If you can't even write the macros correctly what does that say about your ability to meal prep? If you're looking for a meal delivery place then sure this place will do the trick but if you're serious about your diet I wouldn't even bother. Tried them for a month and constantly there were labels missing their macros. The owner claimed that she's the only one cooking the meals and she has over 300 a day. If you have that many orders you can afford to hire someone to help you I would imagine. Again the food wasn't bad but not a meal prepping service I would recommend to anyone who is serious about their diet. On a side note she's very friendly and responds to texts which helps her case and is probably why she has good reviews. I referred a few people and they've all given up also. Goodluck.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. THIS IS A STRAIGHT UP RIPOFF…read more I ordered this later in the night on uber eats because I work graveyard shifts. It had to be some type of joke. Whoever prepared this crap at the restaurant clearly hates their job. I literally got 2 toasted pieces of bread with one slice of bacon and some cheese. It was barely a sandwich. It was so obvious that whoever was in that kitchen just threw it together. Plus I tipped the delivery driver well since it was late, so I wasted almost $25. I should have took a picture. but I got off work late, I was hungry and exhausted so I just added my own ingredients onto it. But when I seen it I was so pissed off. That "sandwich" was pathetic. Waste of money and waste of ingredients. I think this comes from iHop. Open 24 hours but if the night shift workers don't want to make the food with some type of integrity then this shouldn't be available on food delivery sites. Whoever is in charge of the night shift should check on the employees working in the kitchen. I would say do better, but if a restaurant can't even make a decent sandwich then idk
