The trainers here are truly exceptional, huge shoutout to Irfan and Ryan! They are incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable, and know exactly how to keep everyone motivated, no matter what level you're at. They push you to reach your goals while ensuring you're safe and having fun. Beyond the great workouts, what really sets this place apart is the community they've built. It feels like a fitness family where everyone supports one another. Highly recommended! read more

I was in town for a short time and needed somewhere to get a quick workout in - this gym exceeded my expectations. It's extremely clean, I felt comfortable working out, and ended up going back basically every other day. Irfan is the best; he's so knowledgeable, keeps you motivated, and always makes sure you have correct form. Highly recommend this gym for you or your family if you're just starting out, experienced, or anywhere in between. You'll be challenged but walk out feeling stronger. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town! Thanks guys for a great experience. read more

I found Irfan's HIIT class through ClassPass while I was trying different strength-focused workouts like Hyrox and F45. I was immediately impressed. His class centers more on strength-training circuits than high-intensity cardio--exactly what I was looking for--and he's incredibly attentive to form. I never had that level of coaching in Hyrox or F45; I often felt like I could easily injure myself there. Not in Irfan's class. He gives clear, helpful corrections when needed, and it makes all the difference. I started taking his class in October, and I keep coming back because it's fun, challenging, and I leave every session feeling stronger. read more

Found this gym through ClassPass and I have been really enjoying the HIIT classes so far. Very casual and comfortable atmosphere. The parking lot is kind of a mess though during peak times. Overall would recommend. read more

FitZone is located North of SJ. The plaza has plenty of parking. I booked this HIIT class through Class pass Monday evening and was referred by a coworker. Gym is clean and organized. Instructor is attentive, he provided visual demonstration and will correct your form to prevent injury. They play upbeat music for your workout. Overall, good community, you can tell everyone here is motivated and wants to get healthy! read more

I took a class using my ClassPass account. Even though I've been working out for the past 3 to 4 months after a long hiatus - I died, but in the best way possible. My instructor was super patient with me and really made sure that my form was proper. I definitely want to come back to this class again but currently I am waiting for myself to get to a level where I can last the entire class about dying. I highly encourage you to take this class! read more

Yes. Just do it. Fit Zone Milpitas is one our all time favorite place to work out. Convenient location, the app is straight forward to sign up for your classes & if there is time - you can really get some good advice from your teachers. The teachers are amazing, some classes are a bit fast pace and may seem imitating at first - keep going. It's worth every penny. Each teacher has their own style and I love that it's not the everyday repetitive workout. It changes and it really does become exciting when you're learning something new. Everything is challenging but that's the whole point! The people that also attend the classes are very motivating and they look like me and you. No one judges, we're all here trying to live our best healthy lives. Don't think - do the first free week. read more

Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions, with a supportive community and effective workouts. My knee injury and overall physical condition evolved in a few weeks. The classes are not only challenging and fun, but also provide a sense of community and accountability that keeps me coming back for more. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about helping us reach our personal goals. What stands out to me is the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere - everyone feels at home, regardless of their fitness level. The classes are designed to accommodate different skill levels, so I can take it at my own pace and focus on my own progress. Boosted by the energy and encouragement of my fellow members. read more

I previously had a membership at City Sports and with the frustration of navigating the after-work crowds and lack of equipment/machine availability, I was looking for a solution to not only challenge myself in new ways, but immerse myself back into a group exercise class environment that I know produced results for me. I've taken 3 HIIT sessions so far with Irfan and I have nothing but good words to say about him and my experiences so far. They loan you a heart rate monitor when you check in if you care to track your progress during the workout, which I really like to look at. Additionally, you'll get a workout summary of your statistics emailed to you at the end of the workout as well. You never have to wonder what you're going to do for the day because the whole workout is always planned out, so all you have to do is show up! What resonated with me after meeting him for the first time was his welcoming nature, his emphasis on making sure you do the exercises correctly and effectively, his patience to guide you on things that are new to you, and his passion for encouraging all of us to perform at our best. A new setting can sometimes be intimidating, but everyone is there to put in the work and encourage each another to succeed and feel the burn! read more

After moving to Milpitas, I was on the lookout for a small group strength training program and fitzone has fit my needs perfectly ! I have been exclusively attending Lani's morning classes (Monday and Wednesday) for a couple of months now, and this is the most motivated I have been to work out !! Lani puts in a lot of effort in coming up with exercise sets that are very interesting and effective. Things never get repetitive, there is an emphasis on right posture and I get to pick the weights that feel right to me. read more

A great workout for all levels - the classes always have a variety of exercises that are well planned and explained during the hour class time. And most importantly to me, the instructors and other regulars are welcoming and are what keep me motivated to return and stay in shape. After moving to Milpitas, the first fitness place I tried out was Fit Zone, and I'm glad I did! In the classes I take, I can challenge myself with weighted exercises - of course you can choose what weight to use. The proper form and technique is emphasized so that the muscle groups can be fully targeted. I've learned a lot about form, and noticed fast and definite improvements to my strength and appearance after working out at Fit Zone! Thank you to instructors Irfan and Lani for keeping everyone at the class motivated, and for helping to make their effective workout plan part of my weekly routine. read more

I have been coming here for 2 weeks now, I found this place on the mind body app. I had been taking barre classes for 5 yrs. And not getting much results. I felt that I needed more of a challenge. These HIIT classes are great! I feel like I am getting stronger. I push myself every class! Irfan is really good with teaching perfect form, with weights. Now I know why I was always injuring my back before. Wearing heart rate monitors are awesome. I like to see how much calories I'm burning so that I could push myself even harder. It's also very close by which is great for me. People are friendly. Thanks everyone for giving me the results I wanted. I now am a member. Yay!!! read more

Looking forward everyday to workout at Fit Zone. Awesome instructors and everyone motivates you.

Ok so if you are tired of failing at the gym n and can't see the results you been working soo hard for? This is the place for you. This is a non judgmental gym with members that are everyday people. I can't begin to express what this place means to me. Customer service is almost to a point that they beck lie like a family. I know it gets hard sometimes tO work out. But I know half the battle is getting here. I know once I get here I'm going to feel amazing. My life is changing and I owe it all to Fitzone. Thanks again you guys. read more

I have been coming to Fitzone for various different reasons.. I joined fitzone when they initially opened couple of years back. I love working with Eric he is patience and gives you 1:1 attention if needed. Fitzone group classes were not meant for me as my body couldn't adapt to it.. Mid this year I took up a 1:1 personal training program with Fitzone and I have been working with Paul.. I can't rave enough about Paul as not only my knee pain is gone but whenever I had some other body aches or issues he helps with correcting those issues and has helped significantly improved on my overall body wellness. I highly recommend doing the 1:1 personal training program with Paul... and if Fitzone group session works for you do try them. Awesome team.. very comfortable and no monopoly of getting locked down with contracts and hidden fees. read more

Fit Zone is a great find. I went to my first class there today and left feeling wobbly and proud! I've been off the workout wagon for about 6 months and had been procrastinating getting back into the gym. Today's workout helped get me back on track and I'm excited to continue on with this momentum. I'm a former college athlete and can tell you this place is legit. The place looks unassuming at first and is easy to miss from the street. I actually noticed the sign when I ate at the restaurant across the street! I'm glad I went in to check it out. The gym is small, but has everything I would need for a great workout. I love that they focus on different muscle groups every day of the week to get a comprehensive workout. I don't like to put thought into getting a work out-when I workout on my own, I feel anxious that I may not be covering all the bases. I like that the workout at Fitzone is instructor led, but let's you push yourself to your limit (or not! I went at my own pace since I did not want to over exert my first day back). The heart rate monitor is motivating and made me want to work harder. The instructor is great. The people are great. No complaints. I can't wait to go back! read more

Fitzone feels: stroll in with treadmill anxiety and walk out feeling like I drank a ton of coffee Workouts incorporate equipment I'd never used before like TRX, rowers, medicine balls, bosu, ropes, bar bells in addition to classic dumbbells. Yup, I am that clueless uncoordinated lady. If I can learn, so can you. It's always a different circuit and you will sweat! The struggle is real...I was a silent sweater until I started going to Fitzone. Now, there is some omg-ing, exasperated breaths, and huffing sprinkled into my sweat sesh soundtrack. Very attractive. Staff is great and Paul & Eric are helpful in correcting form, not patronizing + genuinely want to help everyone reach their fitness goals. I'm terrible at being a friendly human, but I've always felt welcomed here and everyone is ridiculously sweet (I fell off a treadmill and no one laughed at me, not sure if I could extend the same courtesy...). Nutritional advice is also offered, but I'm busy being a full-time fatty atm. Currently on the unlimited monthly plan. For what I'm getting out of classes, I definitely understand the price point. I've been going 4-6x/week for 2 months and notice a huge improvement in strength & endurance and, of course, ~physical~ results. read more

I came here a few times and I loved it . Everyone is super nice and chill. Even the people you work out with is hella nice . It's like such a community there. Great work out . Trainer at the time was pretty funny and motivating. read more

I joined fit zone a couple of months ago and I am loving it! The classes are awesome! The coaches are professional, they always make sure they know the members personal needs and possibly injuries when it comes to training, so you are only pushed the right amount to get a good workout in a sustainable manner. In love how friendly and supportive the gym members too. Highly recommend you try it out. read more

Took a class with Eric and it was awesome! The facility is clean and the work out was challenging. I plan to go back and experience at least 1-2 more classes - as consistency with a work out is key. I attended an 11am class, which was small in attendance - but the work out had a great feel to it. They do different work outs on different days of the week - which is awesome for mixing things up. They also do classes Monday - Saturday which I find to be rare at most places. The class times are flexible (some morning, a mid morning and some evening options), which helps with match schedules. Highly recommend - be ready for a great work out! read more

I usually go to the gym 4-5 times a week doing the usual weight lifting and cardio for about 2 hours a session. However at Fit Zone, you are doing HIIT workouts that make you sweat like crazy. I burned 2x as many calories doing these HIIT workouts in half the amount of time. Who wouldn't love that? Not only is the management/trainer lovely and friendly they are also very laid back. As a result, you don't feel as pressured to sign up for things as like many other gyms. As for membership fees, they offer packages at a reasonable price. Even more, you are able to pick your sessions through their online website;therefore, classes are flexible and fit in with your schedule. Bottom line: Definitely check out their facility because it'll probably be one of the best workouts you'll ever do. read more

Fitzone is worth every penny you pay. Eric and Paul are the best coaches who come up with the most effective, innovative and quality workouts. Thank you so much for motivating me to come every day for an amazing workout. Special thanks to Mark and Alfred for being so helpful. read more

Today was mine and my gf's first time at Fit Zone and we're HOOKED! Literally already planning what days we're going to go for the next few months. Alfred was very helpful, explaining everything we needed to know on how to sign up and what we are getting ourselves into. Our trainer, Eric, was awesome at explaining all the moves and correcting our form when needed. Definitely worked up a sweat. Summer is coming. Join now, thank me later. read more

My friend introduced me to Fit Zone a month ago and I've been hooked since! When I first came, I didn't know what to expect, but Eric (owner and coach) was very nice to welcome me to the class. Eric is a great coach-he explains everything very thoroughly and is very motivating throughout the hour class. The rest of his staff is very nice and great too! The workouts are great)! You wear a heart-rate monitor and it tracks your progress on the television screen throughout your workout (HR, Calories, % ). No two classes are ever the same so you'll never get bored! M/Th is Upper body, T/F is Lower body and W/Sa is full body. The workout switches between cardio and strength so you're able to work it every muscle and burn the fat. Extra points: The space and the equipment is very well kept and clean! I would highly recommend Fit Zone to anyone reading this and considering a great place to work out! read more

Fitzone is a fantastic gym!! Trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. They make you feel really comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to start a healthy lifestyle, especially after the pandemic!! read more

SO glad I gave Fit Zone a try, I love it!! After just a trial class I am addicted! Woke up this morning sore in places I've never been sore before. This place definitely gives you a full body workout! I came in not knowing what to expect but our trainer Eric did a great job of explaining everything, from form to how to use all the equipments. I learned that Eric has been a fitness instructor for 14 years! So I knew my friend and I were in good hands. The facility itself is clean/neat. Big plus that the rest of the staff was super friendly, shoutout to Alfred for answering all of my questions! :) read more

The only reason why I tried Fitzone was because it is close to my home so now I have no excuse for not finding time to go to the gym (dammit). And after trying out a free trial and being really sore on my first week, I became addicted! Having done P90X, Insanity, and cross-fit with a friend a couple years back, I was able to adjust pretty quickly with Fitzone. All of the equipment is very clean and well-maintained and the use of having heart-rate monitors and having them on display in real time and showing the calorie burn is a huge plus for me! Paul and Eric have done a fantastic job setting up and each workout, switching up the routine everyday, and showing proper form when executing them, while at the same time, throw in jokes and side commentary to brighten the mood and motivation even when everyone is winded out and drenched with sweat. They make working out fun! I especially like how they work at your pace no matter what level of fitness you are, monitor your workouts closely, and teach you alternative workouts if a certain set gives you any discomfort. The staff is very friendly, chill, and informative on things outside the gym such as dieting, supplements, and ways to improve your workouts next time. They recently have a new program called "Fitzone X" which involves new equipment like the ropes, tires, and sledgehammers. A new review will come once I find the right time to try it! Once you get used to the routine and get to know everyone in your class, Fitzone no longer becomes a gym, it becomes a hang-out spot with friends who support and motivate each other with every session. Overall, I highly recommend giving Fitzone a try. I was able to go from 230 to 219 in less than 3 weeks and I'm looking forward to lose more. Even if you're still skeptical, try a free session and see for yourself! read more

I enrolled in FitZone two months ago. Eric is a very good and awesome trainer. He helps during the workout if you are doing it wrong. I really like full week schedule of workout (Monday: Upper body, Tuesday:Lower Body, Wednesday:Full Body & Repeat) for six days. Every day schedule has both cardio and strength training in it. Its will a good workout for total 1 Hr. Rowing is my Favorite. I am really impressed with the workout @ FitZone. read more

Love the high intensity interval classes. Eric and Paul are engaged during every 50 minute class. Making suggestions to your form as to not injure yourself. They offer alternatives if the movement is too difficult for beginners or you have an injury. Friendly, warm, helpful staff. Check out Fitzone! Trainers are THE BEST! read more

I was never a big fan of group classes, until I joined Fit Zone. I am a runner and like to workout alone. I took a few trial classes and quickly became addicted. What I love about the class is that it is good for beginners, pros and everyone in between. You do not have a coach yelling and screaming at you to go faster. Instead, we have someone who is encouraging and supportive. To me, that is what makes me work harder. A really great feature is the monitors. I can see my heart rate, calories burned, and points earned in real time. (Awesome bonus: it will have a birthday cake icon, if you take the class on your birthday.) It's pretty awesome to see the progress in the hour I am there. You can also cash in your earned points for prizes! Big incentive! Thank you, Eric, for giving my usual workout routine a boost. This has been so great for my running and I can't wait to see how much better and stronger I will be. HIGHLY recommend!!! read more

This review is a bitter sweet one for me because I wasn't able to continue with my membership due to a back Injury that I haven't recovered from. However, I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for high quality service and attention in the class setting. While I was there I could see how much the trainers care for the success of the participants. There are many class times and days to choose from. Ask for Paul! Thank you to everyone at FitZone who helped me join and who helped me get everything in order on my way out. I hope to come back in the future and I'll be telling everyone good things about your gym. -Abbie read more

This is a long time coming but Eric Fogle deserves a decent review. I first met Eric when he was a trainer at a different gym where I was a member. In between nursing I would bring in my toddler and baby and Eric welcomed them in the gym without fuss. Fast forward, I stumbled onto Fit Zone where Eric is the owner. He welcomed me to tryout his classes. They were intense and I could feel the burn. Due to scheduling issues and having to juggling around small children, I was not ready to commit. I recommended my husband instead. He purchased a package and I could see results. Eric was motivating, encouraging and he pushes everyone hard. Here's my experiences with Eric. Very easy to talk to and very approachable. Eric works hard as a trainer and he's personable and definitely a good and honest person. He's a great coach. I continue to spread the words for Eric. read more

I have been taking classes at FitZone Milpitas for over a year. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, friendly, enthusiastic, well prepared, and sometimes funny too. They have passion for the whole mind-body fitness and are fit themselves. During the class, they encourage me to try my best. However when I need it, they show me ways to modify the exercises to fit my range. I look forward to my time at the gym and always leave having worked hard and laughed a bit too! I'd recommend FitZone Milpitas to anyone looking to good workout. By the way, I believe one of the coaches has eyes in the back of his head. He catches me every time I try to get away with the fake lunges. read more
