I've become a little obsessed tracking muscle mass, bodyfat and weight improvements on the gym's InBody machine. Most importantly, the Parado team has helped me figure out how to work all this into a realistic Lifestyle. So it sticks. I like that there are chairs and stools throughout the locker to sit and rest. It's a very friendly and chatty vibe with a mostly older crowd. It's very nude in the locker room, just a heads up. Guys will brush their teeth at the sink naked as the day they were born! But it's a totally comfortable and judgment-free zone, and you get used to it. The gym is fantastic. All the machines and equipment are in excellent condition. It never gets too crowded. This is a wonderful facility.

I was a little curious about the ceiling height for aerial yoga since it is a regular height ceiling rather than a tall studio, but it ended up not being an issue at all for the class. Everything was set up well and we had plenty of room to move. I also love that they offer virtual classes, so you can even take hula classes from home . That is such a fun option if you want to learn something Hawaiian while you are away from the islands. Overall, a welcoming studio with great instructors and a nice variety of classes.
