Nice clothes, accessories, and even some home decor and fragrances. I've only come here once…read more(around a year ago) as I was walking around the town. Decided to go in and have a look around. Very cute, bohemian boutique/shop. Sort of has Anthropologie vibes. The prices are on the higher end. I bought a reed diffuser that I absolutely love as well as a little lint roller. I would've bought clothes if the prices were more affordable. I also liked their jewelry and assortment of tumblers and swell bottles! If you're into fashion/jewelry/home fragrances, definitely stop by.

I can literally come here for anything, including shoes, handbags, cosmetics, luggage, clothes and even home appliances! This particular location was very organized making it very easy to find what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing some workout clothes which Marshall's is one of the best places to come if your looking for a great deal! While I was in check out, I also picked up a few more small items due to their cleaver but strategic way of placing items that they "know" your tempted to buy upon paying for your things! At the end of the day, you seen one Marshall's you seen em all! (Lol). However, if you're looking for great prices and an all around "general" store that seems to sell "everything!? Then Marshall's is the way to go!

For the Amber Feather, they do NOT accept any clothes. The owner searches for clothes herself and…read moredoes not accept donations. I talked a little bit with her, and from what she said, the store is not for people who wear petite or small. It's for women who wear medium or large clothing. The fashion is for older women rather than younger women. The aesthetics of the clothing match bigger, flowery patterns like a table cloth. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are a teen or young adult, but it is for older women who wear mediums or larges. That being said, I would recommend 2nd Ave Thrift store in Union (very cheap and fashionable) or Anthem off North Union Avenue (for fashion and in-style clothing) for those younger and smaller women looking to go thrifting.

I would really have loved to give a great review. I'm a big vintage/consignment shopper and I was…read morereally disappointed today. I went out of my way to Cranford to check out this store (in celebration of National Thrift Day-- today). I passsed by around 4:30-ish pm and there was a notice on the door saying the shopkeeper would be back at 5. The notice said: "Stepped out to Laundromat and Post Office. Return 5 pm." It doesn't make sense to me to go do laundry during business hours? Shouldn't errands like that be done during the lunch hour if anything? But it didn't bother me at first I just walked around and came back at 5. And waited. And waited. I waited 1 hour for the shopkeeper to come back (until 6pm) and still no sign of the person coming back. After a while it was kind of hot to wait outside and I felt really weird standing outside for so long so I stepped into a café and watched from the seat. By the time it was 6, I couldn't even check out the vintage shops in other neighboring towns I was hoping to. All in all a disappointing day. It was just kind of unprofessional and disrespectful of customers' time and energy. In total I came, spent 90 minutes, energy, gas, parking money, etc etc just to come see this one store and waited outside the store for a significant amount of time kind of looking like an idiot...not a great impression. I was really patient waiting an hour and a half and I just don't want other customers to go through that. To be clear stuff happens and so I don't take it personally but it was just unfortunate. If I'm in the area again I'd still love to still swing by and try giving it another go.
