I was greeted by a very nice young man named J.P. We talked for awhile about various things including fitness. There was absolutely no pressure from J.P. and we laughed about stuff and he made me feel real comfortable because like I said I had just joined the gym and didn't really know what I was doing. He was very helpful and showed me how to use their smart scale which I had never even heard of. After about a week of working out J.P. and I followed my progress on losing weight and gaining muscle mass and J.P. even congratulated me on my progress. Super cool guy.
