These are the times when it's really hard for me (and anyone) to stay on track with hitting protein and getting solid nutrition. I got back from a trip and needed healthy and convenient- Fit Flavors saved the day! They have a smoothie bar which is great, so I immediately knew I wanted to treat myself to one of those. I got the green monster for a punch of greens powder, protein, and fruit. While my smoothie was being prepared, I browsed the food options and they all sounded so delicious. They have breakfast, lunch/ dinner, dessert, and bulk meat options available. You don't have to order ahead of time which is great- you just choose what you want and grab it. This trip I grabbed the burger bowl and smothered Philly cheeseburger. They were both delicious, I loved the burger bowl the most out of the two. Ingredients are fresh, nutritious, and I felt good about fueling my body. I will absolutely be back to try some more options. Thanks for making my week easier!

We waked in at 12:50 pm, and left at 2:00pm extremely disappointed and hungry…read more I should've followed my intuition when we walked in the worker looked frazzled, and all of the other patrons looked a little disgruntled. But we had never been here before, so we were excited to try out some healthy options. We were looking at the menu and after about 10 or 15 minutes the employee finally waited on us. Apologized and said that he had a lot of things he was doing at once. (In which I understand.) That the kitchen was running a little behind. There was another patron picking up a to go order. He was waiting a while and went up to ask to see what the problem was and it wasn't getting any answers. After waiting over an hour, we finally received our food. We were completely baffled at what we received. My daughter's "burger" looked like it was the scrapings from the end of the night off the grill. My vegetables looked old and dried out. You can see from the pictures how ridiculous this food came out. The manager brought it to our table. You would have thought if this was a new cook or whatever was going on he would be doing some sort of quality control. We called the manager over and asked him to look at the food. He said that he was sorry that it was a new cook. So we asked for a refund, and left. They definitely need to work on staff communication. Communicating with each other and with patrons. I had planned on purchasing some of the frozen meals to have later in the week, but because of the negative situation, I didn't even bother.

I chose chicken for my protein. For my base I did half brown rice and half whole grain pasta. For my 3 vegetables I chose zucchini, honey roasted carrots and asparagus. I chose teriyaki for my sauce. The smoothie was very tasty. It has a strong chocolate taste and a smooth strawberry flavor. I could not taste the whey protein powder that was added. The smoothie is filling. The medium bowl looked appetizing. The chicken was tender but plain. I recommend seasoning the chicken. The carrots and asparagus were cooked nicely. The zucchini was overcooked and too mushy. The gal at the counter, Cheyenne, was very helpful. Against the back wall of the store are the freezers where they keep the prepared meals. The vibe of this place is friendly and chill.
