smells like cheese. All three of my gallons are like this. Milk is already going after opening.

Fresh Fruit goes bad fast. Milk has thick creamy concentrate at top. Trail mix had maggots in it. Baby food pouches had mildewy taste. The meat department has rude sassy workers. I honestly cant say ive ever had a bad experience at Save a lot, Schnucks or Dierburgs. What makes a good grocery store is the Management and employees. Hmm.

They are decorated for Christmas.

It was great Aug 15......so many items and such great vendors. One vendor told me they were going…read moreto be open on Wednesdays starting about 4-4:30p, so we were planning on going tonight. Nothing shows on here about that, so I'm thinking that's not true, but we'll go check to be sure. Fingers crossed. Thanks.

First time at Arnold's Farmers Market, it was super cute! Busy on a nice day in July, we got there…read moreat 9:30 and there were people and cars everywhere. When you pull in the street, there is parking on the right and the market on the left. They have crossing guards wearing yellow vests directing traffic and people, such a nice touch. I walked around the market getting my bearings and they had a lot of different options. Several different options for farmers with fruit and vegetables, several vendors selling prepared food and drinks, also baked goods, bread, meat, freeze dried candy, jewelry, and more. There is a pavilion with tables and a guy playing music. There are bathrooms in a building as well as a couple of port-a-potty's. Once I scoped everything out, I started purchasing! Veggies from three different places, bread from Baking Blondes, a Burrito from Phat-ass Brisket (so good!), and some hickory smoked salt. I got lucky with the last vendor I visited who still had a few dozen eggs left. This had the great farmers market vibes with people shopping and visiting, lots of families. Great place!

A nice little vegetable stand, with a good selection, that's been there as long as I can remember…read more I'm close to 60 and it was there when I was a kid. If I remember correctly, I went to school with two kids that were somehow related to the owner but that was a long time ago. A lot of reviews have talked about the very inexpensive prices. Based on this, I invited a friend of mine to come with me who is "cheap" , I decided to try Rogers produce instead of going to my usual Summit Produce & the farmers at Kirkwood Farmer's Market because, while they both are close enough, Roger's Produce is closer. I purchased home-grown corn, homegrown tomatoes, some Bella mushrooms, homegrown peaches, garlic cloves and asparagus (that was not homegrown). The homegrown corn was extremely sweet and delicious, same for the portobello mushroom which I grilled in olive oil, garlic and my own blend of seasonings. The homegrown tomatoes that I sliced in a salad were delicious. I have plenty more corn, peaches and tomatoes The homegrown peaches were delicious as well. I did not find the prices overly inexpensive as some of the reviewers had commented. I did find them in line with other farmer's markets selling local produce in the area. With the coupon that I had from Summit Produce in Kirkwood and the frequent shopper stamp, I might have done a little better but I don't shop at Farmers Markets and local produce shops for price point. I'm a foodie and I shop there for quality if for some reason I am not doing a garden myself (like this year). Since they're close, quality decent and staff very nice, I will shop there again

Roger's Produce is a gem. No, it's not fancy, and it's definitely not in pristine shape either…read more However, if you want to support a family owned business instead of giving overpriced grocery stores your money, this is the place to do it. I feel better going here than Kirkwood Farmer's Market because it's lesser known and the prices are cheaper. Don't get me wrong, I love both, but Roger's is cheaper and sometimes has even better looking vegetables. They have a pretty good selection of pumpkins; most are uniquely shaped/colored. Nice spot!
