When it comes to the safety and well-being of my dogs, my standards are incredibly high--and Kim has earned my complete confidence. Both of my dogs are extremely shy and nervous in new situations, and Kim has an incredible way of meeting them exactly where they are. She is patient, gentle, and takes the time to learn their individual personalities and needs. She notices the little things and does those extra things that build trust--and my dogs genuinely trust her. Because I'm involved in animal rescue and have helped search many times for dogs lost while in a pet sitter's care, I am probably more vigilant than most about safety. My dogs are flight risks, and my biggest nightmare would be losing one of them. I trust Kim completely to follow every safety protocol--doors secured, Martingale collars and leashes properly fitted, and no shortcuts, ever. Perhaps the greatest compliment I can give Kim is that when she has my dogs, I can truly enjoy my vacation without worrying. Her daily photos and adorable video reels reassure me that they're happy, safe, and loved. Kim is truly exceptional at what she does, and I recommend her wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

I was touched by the fact that she dropped everything she was doing on a Sunday morning to come over and help someone's dog whom she didn't even know. Her calm demeanor helped reassure me and kept me calm, which was good because our friend's daughter was upset and worried about her dog. We found her quickly, and Kim had some advice for everyone, which I appreciated. She cares so much about dogs (not just her client's dogs) and her community.
