I was touched by the fact that she dropped everything she was doing on a Sunday morning to come over and help someone's dog whom she didn't even know. Her calm demeanor helped reassure me and kept me calm, which was good because our friend's daughter was upset and worried about her dog. We found her quickly, and Kim had some advice for everyone, which I appreciated. She cares so much about dogs (not just her client's dogs) and her community.
